My husband and I have taken a few other tours in other cities that were all interesting and adequate, but never so much fun as this one. The tour guide never lost his audience as his enthusiasum was contagious. He is also a musician and the tour narrative was both verbal and musical and he incliuded the tour participants in the music.
Great entertainment and much information about the city of Memphis- music and history both.

Memphis Jones was extraordinary!!!!!!!! The only problem encountered with the tour was that it ended so soon. I would sign up for a 3 hour tour in a heart beat. Excellent value, good company, and highly recommended. |

We thought the people associated with the tour (E.G.) bus driver and narrator were good. The buildings they pointed out and talked about were hard to see and keep up with the verbage sometimes. Still it was a nice tour but the bus A/C wasn't up to par on a hot day. Tootsies was nice and the music was nice and the information was heeped on us.
We'd still recommend the tour but dress cool. |

As our vacation wound down a few days later, my friends and I were still talking about how much we enjoyed the Memphis Mojo tour, and how we wouldn't have seen as much of Memphis on our short stop there without taking it. Our guide was so much fun and we could tell was genuinely enthusiastic about the music and Memphis. We loved it! |

My husband and I had a wonderful time on this tour! It was a fantastic way to learn about Memphis' musical history. In effect, this tour was a ninety-minute concert by a very knowledgeable musican, Memphis Jones. Besides having superb musical chops, he has an admirable command of history. He did a great job in weaving both music and history into a delightful tour. |
