Memphis Mojo Tour: the Best of Memphis

Great tour, very entertaning and informative. Saw lots of different aspects of the musical history of Memphis, tour guide was great fun well worth it. Will suit all age groups, love the fact that they give you musical instruments to join in with.

I was solo on this trip . I was made to feel very welcome and I loved playing my instrument on the bus along with the guide. I learned so much about Memphis and saw so many amazing sights all within the 90 minutes. You can tell the tour people really enjoy what they are doing. I would recommend this bus to anyone! There was a toddler on the bus dancing along, an older couple whistling and me - shaking my musical egg-thing. I had so much fun.

Memphis Jones was an excellent tour guide. His knowledge of the the history of Memphis and the Memphis music scene was incredible. We are only sorry that we didnot do it on our first day in town so we would know what we wanted to spend some more time at. I would skip the brief stop at Sun Studios. Place was too crowded.

This is not your average, ordinary city tour bus! Jake, our musician/guide, was great fun and very knowledgeble. We were only in town briefly and we were very short on time. The tour gave us a nice introduction to the city's sights and history. This tour is as unique as Memphis itself!

Good overview of Memphis. Guide (I can't think of his name) was a young musician who did great job of covering the relevant Memphis music which is a big part of the tour and ambience. From Johnny Cash to Otis Redding.

Jake had such enthusiasm for his city, it was quite contagious. Lots of fun on a cold, snow flurry day in Memphis.

It's a fun tour. Lots of singing and hand clapping. Ladies, you'll like Memphis Jones; he's a hottie! Everyone should take the tour...without a doubt...you'll have a rock-in good time.

Great time! My wife and I both enjoyed the Mojo Bus Tour. The employees were all enthusiastic, fun, & friendly. The tickets were well worth the price. We learned a lot about the Memphis music industry. We saw all the main historical venues. It was the shortest 1 1/2 hours of our vacation (meant in a good way). If possible. please extend my thanks to the entire organization.

We took the Mojo tour on a gloomy weekday in Memphis. Once we were on the bus, the sun was shining brightly - mainly due to Memphis Jones. He was great to get everyone tapping their feet and shaking tamborines and singing along with him. He kept up a stream of dialog about the various musically-significant sites we passed. He even made Wonderbread a part of the tour. The music selections were spot-on. The stop at Sun Studio was short, but a nice addition. Miss Little's driving was perfect. We would recommend this tour to everyone heading to Memphis.

My husband and I were in town for the Alabama v. Ole Miss football game and decided we wanted to tour Memphis. We didn't know where to start, so we decided to take the Memphis Mojo tour and let them be our guide. Our tour guide was Memphis Jones and he, as well as the driver were AWESOME!! I have never had so much fun on a tour before. I didn't really know what to expect when the unconventional tour bus showed up, but once inside the entertainment and sightseeing was fantastic. We were able to see parts of Memphis that we could have never found by ourselves and the story-telling through music was like no other! We both were laughing and grinning the rest of the day and were still talking about the tour long after. IT IS A MUST WHILE IN MEMPHIS!!!! Thanks!
