Our musician/tour guide on the bus was knowledgeable and fun and a darned good singer. The tour of Sun Studios was a great addition. I'd recommend this tour to anyone.

This tour was not your usual city tour, but it was definitely an enjoyable and fun way to see and hear about Memphis and those who have walked its streets in the past! A great way to spend an afternoon; the time seemed to pass quickly...well organized and very interesting. The bus driver did a great job of slowing down or pulling over to let us actually see what was being talked and sung about. We would definitely do the Mojo tour again!!!

The Extended Mojo Tour is a great way to learn a lot about Memphis in a short amount of time. Brandon, our singing, guitar picking tour guide, made the whole trip entertaining. When they hand out the tambourines and shakers take one and join in. We sang along, laughed and had a wonderful time throughout the entire tour.

It was entertaining but I learned more about Memphis from Blues City Tours. It was supposed to be 90 min but we left late and came back early so it was only an hour. I'm glad I took both tours.

Quirky, Upbeat Tour

This was recommended by our son and daughter-in law as an unusual and fun activity. There was a very personable driver and guide/musician. Lots of enthusiasm, music and interaction with group. We rode an old school bus with air, but it was a very hot day and still a little warm. Suggest you take some water along. Definitely saw parts of the city we would not have visited on our own.

Loads of fun on a bus

The Mojo Bus Tour was every bit as much fun as I expected. We had a real "Chatty Kathy" to guide us around Memphis while leading us to sing our favorite classic Rock and Roll and country songs. And boy let me tell you that little gal can sing! She had some personal stories to tell and really knew her local history backwards and forwards. I would tell any of my friends that the bus tour is a must if one really wants to know and enjoy the musical history of Memphis.

Good Fun & Informative

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We saw much of Memphis and its various areas and housing. The on board entertainment was a little disappointing, being a country & western singer, rather than a blues one. Considered the tour as good value.

Our guide was a part-time DJ and singer. She had us all involved and described in great detail about the musical history of Memphis as well as other historical facts. She was very engaging and informed and I would highly recommend this tour!

This is a great experience. Our tour went to Sun Studio first, returned to Beale Street and exchanged some customers and then did the Mojo tour. I was worried that the old bus might be hot but it was just the opposite. We had a rainy day and the bus had AC so it was a bit cool. No--WAY COOL! Listen up to your Elvis, Carl, Jerry, Johnny, Sam and Dave so you can sing along. And one Chuck Berry ... Can't imagine a better tour for the money.

Fun, but we wanted more

We took the shorter bus tour, and although our guide was informative and entertaining, we wanted more and wished we had booked the longer tour so we could have toured Stax Records. Thought we might get down that way on our own, but looks like that will be on the agenda for our next trip to Memphis.
