Enjoyed the tour. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgable. The only downside...would have like to been in more buildings than one. Would have made it more scarier. My Granddaughter really enjoyed, in fact made me take her back to the building the following day.

I can't recommend this tour highly enough. Memphis Jones is a star performer and very skilled at getting the whole bus singing and shaking! He also has an in-depth knowledge about the sites along the way, and his passion for the performers and their history comes across. If you are doing the shorter tour like me, it gives you a taste of the different places to visit and which you might want to explore further. It was the highlight of my trip, and if you are in Memphis on the particular day the tour is being run, don't miss it!

We took this tour after spending the morning on our own in Memphis. First let me say that the music is fun, and the shakers and tambourines help get the group involved. But as to the tour itself, even though we had only spent half a day in Memphis before taking the tour, we felt like we'd already heard most of the stories and seen many of the sights that the guide pointed out. There were lots of us wondering what this building or that around Memphis was, but our particular guide didn't point out too many things. It's mostly just riding around for 2 hours listening (and the guide mostly tells the same stories that you will hear again at Sun Stuidios, Rock & Soul Museum, etc.), which I'm not sure is what we expected.

The concept of the tour appealed to me and I was really excited. After the first hour the novelty wore off. Possibly it was the guide, who may not have had the "knack" for telling a good ghost story, nor was she really interested in whether people had "orbs" on their cameras or not. One of the "key" stops on the tour we were not taken to as the venue had a private function on - which is fine except the Guide didn't tell us it wasn't until the end of the tour when another guest questioned why we weren't going. So being up front would have been the honest thing to do. I was genuinely disappointed. And if you seriously work with spirit, then there was nothing to see.

Morgan made those ghosts come alive. She was good at what she did and even added some history of the area. Do take this tour!

My wife and I took this tour hoping to be informed, entertained or both. We got none of the above .We don't remember what the guide's name was but it was on Sunday 11/30. I think he was stoned. He had the giggles and just was not acting like an unstoned person. He walked us around the block and made 4 stops in front of buildings. We looked, took photos and waited. Our guide just giggled and made lame jokes. My wife just reminded me of the stories told. That's how much I got out of it. The next day we did the big mojo tour with Memphis Jones. This tour was awesome. It went by too fast and Memphis was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about him.

Tour guide was very fun and enthusiastic. A complaint we had though was that the tour did not stop at the places that were advertised on the website. Would go on a different tour.

We girl go out to the cemetery every October and I read about these Ghost Tours in the newspaper. I thought it would be a nice change. We had a fabulous time. I would like to do it again sometime, as well as the other tour offered.

My only regret was that we took the short tour. Memhis Jones is a one day higher education and I graduated with a degree in musicology.

Would of liked for it to be just a little longer maybe hour and a half, just felt like it was to short, but was much enjoyed and loved the tour guides presentation, she was cute as a button and really knew her history as well as enthusiastic about it!! Have been on many guided ghost tours and presentation lacked a lot!! I'd give her an A+!! We will be taking the mojo tour in the near future!!

My friend and I planned this trip for our Halloween adventures and couldn't have been happier! Our tour guide, Morgan, was phenomenal and provided a lot of good information about the different places. She provided a lot of good history that proved to be factual (I looked it up on the internet), especially things that I'd never known. She did a good job of building atmosphere and keeping us comfortable, plus she treated skeptics and ghost believers alike on the tour. Any rolled eyes were ignored. Overall, we very much enjoyed the tour and have every intention of coming back to take the two hour tour that has more places. I would recommend this to anyone whose looking for a little real life horror.

We were very impressed with tour guide Gary and driver Harold.Gary had quite a few interesting facts about Memphis along with other fun tidbits of knowledge he shared. We would recomend this tour and perhaps even participate again when we return to Memphis!

Tour leader, Gary Hardy , takes you on a musical tour of the Memphis with a great voice and enthusiasm. He knows the history of the industry having been in it for years and his love of the music shines through. I read the reviews on trip adviser before I left on my tour from New Zealand, and booked then and was so glad I did as this really was atour with a real difference and made Memphis come to life,.

Great history lesson on Memphis and very intetarining

Brandon, our tour guide was very informative and kept the tour interesting. If you like being able to participate as a group in sing alongs and have fun doing it, this tour is for you. Oh, and I can't forget about Howard, the bus driver, he is very good at getting that bus where it needed to be. Great Fun, if you are going to Memphis, TAKE THIS TOUR.
