Excellent tour and fascinating center

We arrived a bit early for the tour, right after the center opened and had a chance to visit with some of the birds the guides brought out. The tour of the enclosures and information provided was well done, entertaining but also informative. The bird flight demonstrations were fascinating. A great place with a dedicated young staff. |

The guide we had, a young lady from Lake Ridge, VA. is one of the best we have had. She explained each exhibit, and gave background info on all exhibits. We never realized there were so many birds that are physically unable to return to their natural habitat. The flight demonstrations were the best we have ever seen. Now that we have been to the Center when friends and familly visit this will be our number one destination. Be sure and have a camera wirh you when you visit. One of the best photo ops there is. |

The entire staff at the birds of prey were very friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated. We especially enjoyed the flight demonstrations. It is a great experience for all ages. |

We have been twice and seen different demonstrations both times. They were both great. The birds are awe inspiring and the handlers very good at their jobs. They care. |

We were impressed with how clean the Center was. We have been to a Big Cat Rescue in another state and it wasn't near as clean. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is a must see for visitors to Charleston and locals alike! We will bring all of our visitors to the Center in the future when planning out Charleston activities! |

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and had super communication skills. Grounds and bird cages were very well kept. The flight show was wonderful. My wife, our grandson, and I had a fantasic experience. Highly recommend---well worth the time and educational value. probably a good school field trip. |
