| I highly recommend this trip. This was the second year in a row that my daughter (a teenager) and I did this kayak trip on Christmas Day at sunset. Chris is an excellent and informative guide, and the sea life you see and views of the coast and mangroves provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience. And kayaing in the pitch dark through the mangroves is not something you will be able to do in too many places. (If you are very tall, though, watch out going under some of the low hanging mangrove branches!! The kayaking itself is not overly strenuous and the equipment is all very new and very easy to use. |

| We just did this last week and we strongly recommend the Sunset tour. James was our friendly guide and in spite of it being only 60 degrees and cloudy we had a great time. We didn't get to see a good sunset but once the sun was down all the critters came out. James was able to find dozens of different animals (conch, starfish, sea cucumber, crab, lobster, octopus, etc) for us to see and sometimes hold. It was a really unique tour and well worth the money. Bring a camera and enjoy!

| This was an amazing tour! Chad, the marine biologist did a fabulous job of assisting us with kayak refresher basics, and narrating the encounters with diverse sea and bird life. While we were getting set up, a manatee cruised by the dock area and presented itself for a little petting. Then an octopus appeared and tried to crawl up the concrete wall! I got some amazing pictures. We paddled across the bay to the bird rookery and watched an amazing sunset from there. The waters are mostly shallow- around 3' and at the deepest round 16', and it was very calm. From the rookery we watched the birds flying in for the evening against a gorgeous sky. As the sun went down we paddled across to a small mangrove island. The sky and sea were on fire that night and I got the most amazing pictures! We zigzagged through the mangrove trails and got to see phosphorescent algaes that lit up as we paddled through, also glowing sea worms, plus star fish, anemones, tree crabs, another octopus, qween conch, yellow ray and other creatures. Bug spray was helpful in this area but they weren't too bad.
Blue Planet has some nice tee shirts, hats and tank tops to purchase and they are reasonable in price. Another plus: they picked us up and delivered us back to our B&B. We would take another tour through this company- they do day excursions too. Highly recommended!!! |

| This tour was a unique opportunity for us to go into the mangroves at night to see and touch many of the creatures that live there. |

| Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a format for exploration. Our only suggestion is that he find a way to communicate with the whole group. I lead canoe hikes and I manage to get my group together, face them and speak to them. If I talk to one or two people, then if it is worthwhile sharing, I group everyone and repeat the question and answer. We found it impossible to hear him and I know there are waves, wind and other factors that reduce the ability for everyone to hear. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our eco tour and would recommend it to others. |

| I found that this tour is great for families. The romantic part I would leave to the couple's imagination. The area explored was very pretty and the subject was exactly what I wanted my 12 yrs old kid to see. She loved the entire tour.
I would have prefer to be able to hear more of what the guide had to say of all the things but I understand that it is not easy to gather people around floating kayaks.
All in all a great tour, definitely would do it again... many times.

| From being picked up at our hotel, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the entire outing. We saw wildlife, sea life, kayaked through mangroves, and even got to watch a storm off in the distance - all while floating along in our kayaks. SO MUCH FUN! Highly recommended!!!!! |

| The sunset was beautiful and kayaking on the peaceful waters at night was cool. However, our tour guide was filled with sarcastic remarks and left us on several occasions. He was not very attentive to the group, only speaking to those who were right next to him. |

| I don't know how romantic it was, but we absolutely loved it! It was Indiana Jones, Jungle Boat Cruise, and Wild Kingdom all wrapped up into to one package. We learned a lot and the kids really loved putting on the head lamps and exploring. I was skeptical on what sea life we would actually see and I was blown away! Our guide was great and went out of his way to ensure the kids got to see all sorts of creatures. I would recommend this adventure to families with kids and a sense of adventure. Our children were 9 and 6 and we got two tandem kayaks. It was the prefect experience that they are still talking about. |

| Group guide did not give any instructions as to how to handle kayaks. It may be because all of the group said they had either kayak or conoe experience, but some brief instructions may have prevented other boaters from constantly running into others. The guide also needs to face the group while talking and describing the experience. Frequently he was talking facing forward and you could not hear what was being said. On previous trips with other tour guides, they would take you to a spot and let you gather, then face you so all could hear. The rest of the experience was delightful and informative. We are experience kayakers but this was our first night excursion, so there were many more things to experience. Enjoyable. |
