Excellent guide, very knowledgable of ocean critters, pleasant personality and professional manners. Nice ride for everyone, a great way to visit the Florida's Keys without the crowd and pollution etc of a popular tourist spot for vacation.

My family truly enjoyed our time with our guide James- he explained in great detail the various ocean life we saw and made sure everyone was safe. Keeping two 17 year old girls engaged for over 2 hours is definitely a feat and our guide was up to the challenge. We talked about the kayak adventure the rest of the day - our only regret was that no one in the group had a camera. Thank you

Our guide James was great, we were able to see a lot of interesting things that if you went out alone you would overlook.

The trip was short with easy paddling. The guide was very familiar with the area and the marine life. We made several stops so that the guide could locate marine life and talk about it. A great outing for the family.

It was my first time kayaking and it turned out to be great. Our guide was excellent in guiding us through the area in small groups. It was interesting to look at the mangroves up close. Along the way, we saw and held sea urchin, starfish, and a few other creatures. The kayaking activity itself was great but somewhat disappointed in the floura and faunas that I expected to see.

Even if fitness itsn't your strong suit, you must do this nature-based kayak tour. Both single and tandem kayaks are available. Depending on the season, you'll see rays in the open water and be able to touch a variety of sealife found by a knowledgeable tour while kayaking through mangroves.

We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Leader was encouraging and exceptionally informative. Learned a lot about the mangroves and saw sea animals in their natural habitat. We would probably never have kayaked in the evening - in the mangroves - by ourselves. Katie picked us up at our hotels and made sure we had an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommended - and you don't have to be an experienced kayaker.

If you have never kayaked but would like to, this adventure is for you. Before going out there is a containment area for practice. If you are afraid of being in deep water ... Chris does not take the tour to the ocean, and life preservers are standard equipment. Our guide (Chris?) was pleasant and gave both kayaking and nature instruction / information. The experience was unhurried as we paddled through walking tree canopies and in the open water stopping at bird gatherings, for close up encounters with sea animals that Chris netted from the water and for rest breaks. Although remaining relatively close, we were not paddling in a pack which allowed for self explorations. Chris is also very open to taking pictures with your camera upon request.

There are many trips that are thrown at you when in Key West and for the money that is asked all you can hope for is the best however, what we found on the Sunset Tour was a truly memorable experience and one we were lucky not to have missed. Our guide Chad was both humorous and very knowledgeble. We have a 10 year old son and this tour was a definate highlight for him.

Our kayaking tour was an interesting and exciting outing. The guide was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the environment. He was able to identify many different species of sea life, birds and trees. As it got darker, we received lights and made our way through channels in the mangroves. It was quite an experience and one well worth the price and effort!

Very informative guide,we enjoyed all the trip and the narrations. You are able to see(and touch) close up the wildlife and animals. The trip among the mangroves is something quite different!
