| I have taken the Boomerang Party Bus now on three seperate occasions - Once for St. Patrick's Day/My Birthday, once for my Hisband's Surprise Birthday Party and just recently for my Best Friend's Bachelorette Party. Each time we have great fun, we love the line passes, no cover charges and discounts on drinks - but most importantly the BYOB bus ride!! |

| I decided to celebrate my 34th birthday on the party bus in January with 10 of my closest friends. I highly suggest that if you have a large group, you purchase tickets as far ahead of time as possible. I sent out an Evite about three weeks before hand, but only 9 of us were able to purchase tickets before it sold out. Two of my ticketless friends showed up to Rumors anyway and WERE able to purchase tickets as walk-ups.
We actually ate dinner at Rumors (the food was good, and the place was not crowded at 7pm so we received quick service considering we had such a large group). The party bus staff showed up close to 9pm... we checked in and were each given wristbands and a piece of paper listing the bars we would be visiting and the drinks specials for each bar. The bus picked us up across the street from Rumors at 9:30pm.
The three bars we visited were Tattoo Bar, Midtown and Eye Bar (in that order).
Tattoo was cramped... there is way too much space in that small little bar dedicated to VIP tables... which were mostly empty. The drink special they had was some sort of raspberry shooter for $5 - several of my friends purchased it and said that it was NOT very tasty.
Midtown was nice, but the security there would not allow any of us to sit down in there, which was kind of annoying since we had already been partying for 4+ hours at that point.
Eye Bar was the nicest of the three, but their drink special was bunk... it was advertised on the piece of paper that we received, but the bartender said, "Oh, that special expires at 11pm." Huh??? How is it possible that this was a "Exclusive Boomerang Party Bus Drink Special", and we weren't scheduled to get to the last bar until well after midnight, yet the drink special expired at 11pm??? What a scam!
The party bus dropped us off back near Rumors close to 2:30am. We had time to duck into the McDonald's on M Street and make it back to the Metro (Farragut West) in time to catch the last train (which shows up around 3:20am).
The actual party bus was fun. Our group of 11 shared the bus with two other groups also celebrating birthdays. We mingled a little with the other groups as the night wore on which added to the fun. The bus DJ played great music. The party bus hosts Nikki and Kelly had a ton of energy and were trying to make us dance on the "stripper pole" even though many of us didn't really want to because we were exhausted by the end of the night. The bus driver Alfonzo was a trip.
I highly recommend that you bring your own alcohol on ths bus. This was what made the night worth it. I didn't spend a dime in any of the bars because I had enough on the bus. I do wish we had a little more time on the bus in between bars because some of enjoyed the bus more than the bars! I also wish they would allow you to sit on the bus if you didn't want to go into every bar, but alas they quickly shoo you off at every stop. (You can leave your stuff on the bus though.) |

| If you are looking for a fun night in DC without worrying abotu getting all of your friends together this is the way to go. Great for special occasions! |

| There were three different groups on our bus, and we meshed pretty well. Everyone had fun. The staff and driver were enthusiastic and fun. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm glad I signed up for it. |

| I believe this service is great for groups of friends that are celebrating with a purpose. I do think that is is much more geared to a younger group 20 somethings, but was certainly also fun for our 30 something group. I liked the convenience and the free entranced into the clubs, however some of the clubs were very small and some of the clubs did not honor the specials after a certain time of the night. You should certainly see what you can do about that!
The hosts were nice and didn't a great job, but they did seem a bit cheesy (for example using the same phrase to several people to pump you up or encourage you to let loose).
I personally would have liked a little bit more time on the bus in between the bars as the drinking/dancing on the bus was sometimes more fun than the crowded clubs we were in.
All in all it was fun, and I imagine if I would have done this 5-10 years ago, I would have been a regular customer for a while ;) |

| I really enjoyed the bus. It was very spacious, and clean when we got on. Our tour guide arrived at the meeting location on time, and he was awesome! The length of time spent at each of the club/lounges was just enough. I really liked the fact that we didn't have to wait in line anywhere! Our party didn't take up the whole bus, so there was another group of ladies who shared with us. It was cool that we got interact with them. I think its safe to say that we all had a great time! My favorite part of the whole experience was the fact that we got to bring our own alcohol on the bus with us. There was more than enough to share, and I didn't have to spend a dime on alcohol all night!!! Definitely would recommend this event!!! |

| This was my first Party Bus experience, and it was AWESOME!!!! My group of 6 girlfriends went out to celebrate my 32nd birthday.....We had a BLAST!!!!! Strongly recommend this to anyone!!!! |

| Paying for the tour bus was well worth it. You get to go to different places, pay nothing to get in, cut the lines, & with a close group of friends you have a blast. what could be better? Since this was my first time, I expected a limo type of bus and instead was surprised to see a school bus type, only it was made over. Overall, its a good deal for the amount paid and loads of fun. I would definitely do this again! |
