Nice up close look at Boston

We did enjoy our tour, though at times I did have trouble hearing all the details. I was surprised we did not see Paul Reever's house, nor pass by it. As well as the statue and the Old North Church. The cemetery was interesting, as well as the old architecture.

I enjoyed every minute of it. I'm fascinated by architecture so this is a perfect fit. Our guide shared many interesting facts and bits of trivia. I was in Boston for three days, and I think this is a must on a list of things to do. Lovely experience, and I would do the tour again.

We had a nice walking tour (guide Alan). The tour was informative and interesting. It was a nice way to get to know the history of the city. The walk itself wasn't strenuous - covered maybe 1 mile. Alan gave a good overview of the architecture along the way. He pointed out interesting things that we would not have found on our own. This was time well spent and I would take another tour in the future.

We very much enjoyed our walking tour of Boston. Weather was perfect and our tour guide was very informative. He gave a great mix of history, cultural tales and current events. The walk is probably two miles but moves at a pace that is quite slow.

but, we spent too much time talking on a windy frigid corner before starting the tour -in minus zero temperatures! hard to focus when the cold is so bitter, and there was no place to talk and learn that was protected!!!

My sister and I were part of a small group who did the tour that morning. Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely do the tour again when we go back to Boston (hopefully when it's warmer).

Our guide, Alan, braved extreme weather in December (-7C) to carry on with our pre-booked tour. Alan took us around Cambridge, and with his expert knowledge, immersed us in the history of Cambridge and made us completely forget about the freezing conditions! An excellent evening. Alan was as good a guide/docent as I've ever had in many years of touring historic sites. He was knowledgeable and had a good grasp of what would be appealing to a tourist looking for an out of the ordinary walk though Jewish Boston. Detours along the way included a Revolutionary times cemetery, an old cobblestone street, and commentary about all the historical places we passed - plus Alan knew rare facts and interesting seldom told stories. All in all, worth every penny!

Our guide, Allan was wonderful. He was very informative, knew about the areas we viewed and would include things that we asked about if it was in the vicinity. For instance, I wanted to see the duck statues (Make Way for Ducklings) and the Public Garden. Wonderful tour!
