Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

Purchasing in advance costs the same price as booking when you get there, but guarantees your spot ahead of time! Advance purchase is also strongly recommended, as cruises often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please buy your tickets well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

If I’m a dad do I have to purchase a ticket?

Yes, dads do have to purchase adult priced tickets in order to attend.

What about taking children on the cruise?

Children are more than welcome aboard our dinner cruises! Children 4 - 11 years of age have a reduced price ticket, and children up to 3 years of age are free but must have a secured ticket in order to attend.

What happens if it rains?

Our captain is in constant communication with the Coast Guard and the National Weather Service. We do go out rain or shine; however, we would never put our passengers in harm's way. In the event of severe or unsafe weather we would still enjoy our dinner cruise on board but the boat would remain dockside.

How many people can be on the boat at one time?

The Landing Princess is 100 feet long and can accommodate up to 149 passengers. However, for this special cruise we will only take up to 90 passengers to ensure your comfort!

What will we see on the cruise?

You will see a vast variety of wildlife and other great attractions on the sightseeing tour. Landmarks will include Baldknobber's, Branson's first roller skating rink; Historic Lake Taneycomo Bridge; Presbyterian Hill; the White River and Roark Creek; Mount Branson; Rockaway Beach; and the Powersite and Table Rock dams. Wildlife could include the American Bald Eagle, the Great Blue Heron, and the Morning Dove, as well as deer, foxes, and more!

Are food or drinks served during the cruise?

Yes! On the Father's Day Cruise you will enjoy a buffet including: spring salad with your choice of dressing, BBQ ribs, roasted chicken, seasoned vegetables, roasted baby russet potatoes, cheddar cheese biscuits, assorted cheesecakes, coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade, soda, and water! We have a snack bar available on board that serves alcoholic drinks and snacks such as chips, candy, and popcorn, which range from $1 - $1.50. Please bring extra cash with you if you'd like to purchase alcoholic beverages or additional snacks on board!

Do you accept credit cards on board?

Yes! We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express at our snack bars on board. Please bring one of the above credit cards or cash with you in order to purchase snacks on board.

Are there vegetarian options?

If you're a vegetarian and need special accommodations, please click “Contact BransonTours” and let us know in advance. Someone will get back to you shortly with options!

Can I bring my own food and beverages on board?

No, unfortunately personal foods and beverages are prohibited aboard the Landing Princess for insurance reasons. We will, however, have a full buffet that is included in your ticket price.

Can I bring alcohol on the boat?

No, you cannot bring your own personal alcoholic beverages on board. However, you can purchase alcoholic drinks at one of our full bars on board.

Is there air conditioning/heating on board?

Yes, the lower deck is enclosed and climate controlled.

Is it customary to tip the crew?

Your crew works very hard to make sure you have the best experience possible aboard the Landing Princess. While tips are not required, they are greatly appreciated!

Is seating assigned on the cruise?

No. Seating for the Father's Day Cruise is on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early if you'd like to sit in a particular place on the boat.

Are there life jackets on board?

Yes, the Landing Princess has more than enough life jackets available for all passengers at any time. However, you are not required to wear life jackets during the dinner cruise.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the Landing Princess is wheelchair accessible, and so are the restrooms on board. Do keep in mind that the entrance to the boat is only 30 inches wide, so some larger wheelchairs and electric scooters or Segways may be more difficult to accommodate. Is smoking allowed?

Yes, smoking is allowed on the outdoor decks in designated areas only.

Are restrooms available?

Yes! The Landing Princess has two clean restrooms on board (one for men and one for women). They are both wheelchair accessible as well.

Is the cruise suitable for pregnant women?

This cruise aboard the Landing Princess should not be a problem for pregnant women as the waters are very calm and boat very stable. If you are concerned, you may want to consider consulting a doctor before attending the cruise.

Is there room to stow my belongings on board?

There is room on board to store limited belongings. If you have large personal belongings (such as a suitcase), we may ask you to keep them in our ticket booth which will be securely surveyed throughout the duration of the cruise.

Will I get seasick?

The Landing Princess is a large, stable boat and Lake Taneycomo has very calm waters. Therefore seasickness is very rare. If you are particularly prone to motion sickness, please do consider consulting your doctor before attending the cruise.

What else can I do around the meeting location?

There are plenty of great things to do at Branson Landing, from a Build-a-Bear workshop to various pro shops, fast food restaurants, and high end dining. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the meeting location, and historic downtown Branson is only a short two blocks away.

What about parking?

Free parking can be found at the north end of Branson Landing, near the corner of Branson Landing Boulevard and North Commercial Street next to Belks Department Store. Once you park, you can walk along Promenade Way through the shops of Branson Landing or head straight down to the boardwalk.

How far is the boat from the parking area?

The boat is about a 5 minute walk from the main parking area. If there is anyone in your party who would have difficulty walking that distance, you may drive up to the gate near the boat and drop them off before parking your car. To access the service road, please pull up to the motion sensor electronic arm, wait for the arm to rise, and drive up to the gate. Please note that there is no parking on the service road or by the gate, so after dropping your party off, please drive over to the main parking area.

How far is the boat from the parking area?

The boat is about a 5 minute walk from the main parking area. If there is anyone in your party who would have difficulty walking that distance, you may drive up to the gate near the boat and drop them off before parking your car. Does the cruise have on-board entertainment?

Yes! You will enjoy a hula hoop and limbo contest and win lots of fun prizes.

Are gift certificates available?

Are private tours/charters available?

Yes! Private sightseeing tours and charters on the Lake Queen and private charters on the Landing Princess are a great idea for any corporate function or special event. If you are interested in chartering either of our boats, please click “Contact BransonTours” to inquire further.

Refund/Rescheduling Policy

Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.

Other Policies

Activity takes place rain or shine.

The activity will run rain or shine. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, dinner will still be served but the boat will remain dockside.

All participants are required to have tickets for this event.

Our boats are United States Coast Guard documented for a certain amount of passengers and we cannot exceed the capacity. This means that all passengers including infants and toddlers must have a ticket.
