| We booked Big Rick's tour because of the amazing on-line reviews, and we weren't disappointed. He knows this part of Brooklyn, top to bottom ("My family's lived in this neighborhood for 100 years."). He has a story for every intersection and brownstone ("Al Capone got his start right here."). And you get some of the best pizza around ("We have to get there before the kids get out of school.") Go for it! You won't be disappointed either. |

| Our tour guide had a great knowledge of alot of the architectural design on the many homes/brownstones. He was a local of the Brooklyn area and knew the area very well. A very funny man! Would greatly recommend this walking tour! |

| Rick knows lots about the neighborhood, and tales of his youth brought the tour to life. Rick is very knowledgable about the late 19th century mansions on the surrounding streets and pointed out interesting architectural details and tidbits about the people who used to live in the homes in the 1890s and thereabouts. An engaging personality, Rick made the tour fun, and for those interested in Brooklyn, yesterday and today, this is a must tour. |

| My friends and I really enjoyed our few hours we spent with Rick walking through Park Slope. He is passionate about Brooklyn; his combination of personal stories and historical facts makes for a very interesting tour.
We were a small group, he was personal and accommodating to any of our requests. He was also funny which made the time fly by. The pizza at the end of the tour makes you feel like you have had a little taste of Brooklyn and would want to come back again on future trips.
Overall we all enjoyed our morning and would highly recomend it. |

| If you are considering doing a tour in Brooklyn, I would highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Rick, having grown up in Brooklyn, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The meeting spot for the walking tour was very easy to get to on the subway from Manhattan. The walking tour itself was enjoyable and informative. My three friends also thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Whether you are a first time visitor to New York City or have visited many times, I think you will have a good time on this tour. |

| Rick was the highlight of our weekend. We knew virtually nothing about Brooklyn, and although there was only so much one can cover in a 3-hour walk, the commentary made it a very rich experience. Rick is a delight . He peppered the tour with personal stories of growing up and living in Brooklyn, and it made the whole experience come alive. He is interested in architecture, and he pointed out some of those highlights along the tour. I didn't expect that, but I loved being able to learn more about the fabulous architecture that we saw up close and personal. |

| Our guide really enjoys what he does, and it is apparent. We had a great, informative walking tour with alot of additional, unexpected "perks". His knowledge and love of Brooklyn is infectious! Good job! |

| We did not know what to expect of this private tour, but it was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to know Brooklyn more intimately. Rick our guide brought his past, the history, the architecture, the food, tthe stories and the future of Brooklyn to us in only a way that he could do. His is the Brooklyn personal touch- and his knowledge was actullly unbelieveable. I want to thank him for one of our best tours ever- and we have done many of them throughout the years in NYC. |
