| My daughter recently moved to Brooklyn. I was excited to visit her, see her new apartment and gain a little insite into her new life. We took the BrooklynTour with "Big Rick". He was a delightful guide and gave us many facts about the community. I expecially liked his personal stories and comments. He had grown up in the neighborhood and was able to add many observations about the flavor and style of the changing times. We learned a great deal in such an enjoyable way. Rick was very attentive to us and the others on the tour. We had a wonderful time and my daughter thought it was all "very cool". |

| We did the tour the day after Thanksgiving and it was freezing but it was a blast. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and seemed to know something about everything we saw. He said he grew up in Brooklyn so he really interested us with his memories from his childhood.
Highly recommend this tour. It is very affordable and all had a great time.
By the way, the pizza we had on the tour was the BEST I'd ever eaten. Honest to goodness! It was delicious.
We had our children with us, one of which is a 6 year old who doesn't hesitate to ask to be carried and even he worked the entire tour. He loved all the fallen leaves on the ground so I guess this tour had something for everyone. |

| This was a fun and informational tour of Brooklyn, featuring many beautiful architectural landmarks and homes, Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza, and shopping on Brooklyn's "New Fifth Avenue."
Tour guide Rick clearly has a passion and a great deal of knowledge of his native Brooklyn. We had a great three hours on a beautiful winter day, including a stop for some great Brooklyn pizza, included in the tour.
Definitely recommended for something different in New York City! |

| I took the 3-hour tour on a cold morning of February. Despite the crisp temperatures, time flew by and l learnt a lof about the history of this neighborhood of Brooklyn. After an architecture walk, we went for a stroll in Prospect park and came back to the shopping/dining area for lunch. The guide, Rick, was very knowledgeable and generous with stories. I shall recommend this tour to my friends and take a new tour soon. |

| My husband and I appreciated this wonderful opportunity to experience the architecture and historic sites of this fabulous Brooklyn neighborhood, guided by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic native son. Our guide was a storehouse of Brooklyn lore, and the tour covers quite a range of picturesque streets, including the fabulous brownstones, Prospect Park, churches, and Brooklyn's charming Fifth Avenue with its alluring shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pizza break, and look forward to coming back to spend more time here. The guide couldn't be more friendly, he even gave as a ride to the Brooklyn Museum of Art at the end of the tour. Thanks for a great introduction to Brooklyn. |

| My husband and I have recently moved to New York from London and are keen to get to know the city better. As such we booked ourselves on the Brooklyn Walk.
Well, we were not disappointed. So the tour starts off in the least stunning spot you are likely to see on the walk, but Rick quickly takes you to a more picturesque Brooklyn whilst sprinkling it with great local knowledge (born and breed) and historical facts. The company is fairly new, but the information offered is thorough, amusing and interesting. We were lucky to have Rick to ourselves, but don't be disappointed if you join a bigger group as he has enough chat for everyone. Three hours well spent. |

| Without a doubt the most prepared tour I have been on since moving to New York City 6 months. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable guide or enthaustic on his subject. Brooklyn appeared to me before the tour as some where over one of the several bridges. But now I see and appreciate this special section called Park Slope. And the highlight official Brooklyn pie(pizza) what a treat. The next time I have vistors this is on the schedule. Great time. |

| Big Rick offers the best walking tour in New York, and I've been on many. He is a native of Brooklyn and knows much of the real and anecdotal history first hand. What he hasn't lived, he has researched. It is like a stroll through time and the neighborhood with an old friend. Even locals will come to see architectural detail they never before noticed.
You also will benefit from his tips on shopping and restaurants.
This tour is an excellent value, and great exercise. There is a good bit of walking, so bring comfortable shoes. |
