| Hello
we had a tour last Friday night with Bulldog for the Ghose & Dungeon Tour. The first story was great, in Bloody Alley - but the guide make several demeaning remarks toward women which we didn't find at all necessary, such as "you women know what I am talking about, having a husband and a lover' and 'she swished her behind in that white gown like Charleston women do' - etc . Not at all in good taste. And the whole group wanted to walk all the way down Bloody Alley but we didn't get too. Then we walked to another street with a story involving a ghost in a row house. That was pretty interesting. The Dungeon Tour was ok, it was so clean in there however, we didn't find it scary - but it is historical. The pirate tales were very interesting and informative. The final story was something that happened in the Old Brewery so we all stood together on the street corner - having to not only try to hear over traffic and other street noises, but the story dragged on too long. Part of it may not have been true - there was an audubon expert with us, who said the part in the story about seagulls going into the building to pluck the eyes of the dead person are false, that gulls would never do that in any case, and not at that time of the year. So maybe those facts were embellised. The story was lost over all the noise. Also the guide at that point was not looking at the audience, he told the story but looked off in the distance, kind of odd. It would be nice to include a grave site on this particular tour. Overall it was good, but I don't know if I'd recommend it. Thanks! |

| The tour was something my wife and I wanted to try out during our honeymoon and it was well worth our time. We got to learn a lot about the history of Charleston, and also about those that might still haunt certain places given the city's rich history. It wasn't some cheesy ghost hunt, but rather a historical look at the city's past. Definitely enjoyed our time!! |

| The tour was okay. I was expecting more out of the dungeon though. The guide was really good. Don't think I would do this tour again. |

| Tour time was spent mostly standing and listening to tour guide tell stories. Very little visual stimeulation. One stop at dungeon was the only highlight. The remainder of the time (80%) was spent standing on sidewalks. The tourguide belabored her stories to the point they were boring. |

| My wife and I took the walking ghost tour and was very disappointed. The tour consisted of spending time in an old dungeon with waxed figures nad being told to watch for the ropes to move. We then walked around for 30 minutes with two additional stops. It was not a ver interesting tour. |

| I enjoyed the tour very much. I like learning about history, so the stories that the guide shared with us were very interesting. We had an excellent tour guide, who made the stories come alive. I have been on the tour twice, and hopefully will be able to do it again in the future. |

| David our guide was totally awesome, he really got into his story telling, the kids were memorized by his stories. The kids are 8 and 15. The dungeon was awesome, my 15 year old got some awesome pictures, as did we all, lots of orbs. The story of the house and the mahogany desk and the mother up stairs and and the solider coming to see the sister after he died was cool. The dual in the alley where they fought over the women and then both men died was great. We will be back next spring for one of your other tours. Thanks for a wonderful time. We also went thru Fort Moultrie and got some great pictures there with orbs. Thanks again, the Head family |

| Was very dissappointed with our tour guide. When he wasn't telling the "stories" at the sights he was busy talking to other members of the tour about unrelated things. In addition, they need to carry some kind of system so those of us who are farther behind can hear what is being said. With the cars going by, it was difficult at times and we were young. Price was okay but I am unsure of why we have to pay a service charge when it helps them out in the long run to know how many tickets are sold ahead of time. I was told by my friends that the tours are better in Savannah. |
