| We took the Ghost and Graveyard Tour the night before and liked it fine. But the second night (Ghost and Dungeon Tour) was perfect. Neal was a compelling storyteller and kept the tour moving at a brisk pace. The 90 minute tour took 2 hours and seemed more like 30 minutes. Highly recommended. |

| We, as a group, honestly feel that this tour was more historic than it was scary. Our tour guide was not very enthusicatic about the tour either. Every other word that came out of his mouth was "uhhh...ummm...ect." The most intresting place was the dungeon. During the daytime the dungeon is a museum so it is fixed up with dummies and it looked pretty renovated(that was there only down fall). It seemed the only orginal piece was the sea wall which was located at the entrance of the dungeon. I would only recommend this tour to someone who doesn't want to be sared out of their mind and someone who is intrested in the history of the dungeon. It Wasn't a Bad Tour... Just NOT SCARY!!! |

| My tour guide, Eric, was very personable, lively and a great storyteller. Although we were just walking the hot, humid streets of Charleston, he kept the crowd entertained and interested in the stories being told.
Good job Eric. Too bad we didn't see any ghosts :D |

| Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. She told various stories connected with Charleston sites very enthusiastically, hence was able to keep all attendants focused and interested at all times. However, the actual tour pace was too fast. We were "flying" through the streets instead of enjoying actual walk through such a beautiful city. I would just point out that not everybody is equipped with hiking experience and as such cannot keep up with the group's "speed". That was the only drawback, which actually made me to finish the tour earlier. |

| We thoroughly our evening strolling through Charleston. Our guide, Dave, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. His vast knowledge of the area was evident in his recounting of ghostly encounters. This tour is tame enough for the 10 and over set, but still gave the adults a few goosebumps. Be sure and take a camera on the walk. We didn't notice anything odd during the tour, but orbs and a misty shadow showed up in several pictures. We had a fun time and a great evening walk through Charleston. |

| Fun thing to do in Charleston! Our tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable! We loved hearing all the different stories and history of Charleston. The dungeon was neat to see, but not necessarily scary. It's a long hot walk so dress accordingly! |

| This tour was entertaining and fun. Our tour guide was a great storyteller. She draws you in and, at least for me, could envision the time period and what was happening to these people. Plus, this tour also provides a bit of a history lesson and a peek into theirs lives. You get a good walking workout while traveling from one location to the other so wear your sneakers. |
