The Charleston Ghost and Dungeon Tour

I recently took the Charleston Ghost and Dungeon Tour. Our guide was excellent. She told some very interesting stories and made the tour very enjoyable. If I get a chance to return to Charleston, I'd lke to try some of the other tours they offer.

The tour guide was fantastic! We loved the tour of the jail house. It was fun and informative. We have alot of pictures full of orbs, especially in the hallways. We can't wait to come back. We are bringing alot of our friends with us next time!!!! Thanks!

The tour was very interesting. Our tour guide told interesting stories and made the tour fun.

The tour was so-so. The stories were okay, but the tour itself was quite dull. By the end of the tour we were more than ready to be done with it. We only heard a total of 5 stories in an hour and a half. We spend over 45 minutes on one story. Thought they could have packed more ghost stories and excitement into the tour. Would not recommend it to someone else.

I have done 4 different ghost tours of the Charleston area over the years and this one has been the best by far. The tour guide was knowledgable, fun, well-spoken and connected well with the group. I enjoyed the 9pm tour, as the darkness added to the allure.

It was very interesting and the guide did a very good job of relating stories and events that happened. At one point I was sure it was all a scam then I wasn't so sure any more. Very enjoyable and I would do it again

We really enjoyed the tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had originally scheduled the Friday tour at 9pm but due to travel delays we missed the tour. While out and about we stopped in the office. We knew that we were out the 36.00 for the Friday tour but really wanted to go on a tour on Sunday if we could. We picked the Ghost and Graveyard tour and while paying we just mentioned that we missed the tour on Friday because of our train. She went ahead and put us down as paid and so that we didn't have to ay for the tour twice. The tour guide was very friendly and the stories were interesting and entertaining. A fun evening.

this tour was not what we had expected... AT ALL!! Although the tourguide was a good story teller she did not seem all that into what she was saying.... We were the last tour of the night and it seemed like she was in a hurry... We beat all of the other tour groups back to bull dog and they left 20minutes before we did. The stories we had heard before. if we did come back to this company it would be bc we want to see what the jail tour is like.

We enjoyed the tour although it would have been nice to see more than just 3 sites. The guide was charming and insightful. Getting from place to place seemed rather rushed and was difficult for several tourists to keep up. The walk was not mild to moderate as described, but rather fast-paced. By the end of the tour we were not only winded, we were exhausted! It's best to remember in planning your tours that you have people of varying physical capabilities who would like to participate and enjoy the experience without having to struggle to keep up. All in all, I would rate this tour experience as a 7 out of 10. Great marks for the guide's personality and storytelling!

we enjoyed the tour, the guide was very knowledgeable. the only downside (i've been on a few ghost tours) is that we felt the tour was rushed, as opposed to other ghost walks that were ambling, and the delivery of some of the stories of hauntings did not feel eerie (psychologically), just rattled off too quickly more as a narrative, and not atmospheric story-telling as we're used to hearing them. we expected more than a quick peek in the dungeon. but we did enjoy it nevertheless and would recommend it.
