| the ghost tour was fun and the stories were interesting but if you are looking to be spooked then you might want to do something else. I went going in with the idea of hearing history about the city and seeing some of the sites at night and thats what it was. Fun but not scary. |

| The ghost and dungeon tour was very good. The guide was very knowlegdable However, since it was raining, I felt that the guide rushed the tour. Instead of the 90 minutes that was advertised it took about 60 minutes and we felt that we had run a marathon by the time we were finished. We would definitely take this tour again if we return to the area, but hopefully at a slower pace. |

| My wife and I took the walking ghost tour and was very disappointed. The tour consisted of spending time in an old dungeon with waxed figures nad being told to watch for the ropes to move. We then walked around for 30 minutes with two additional stops. It was not a ver interesting tour. |

| The tour was fun in that we got to spend 15 minutes in the dungeon and then listened to four ghost stories, told by the guide in front of each sight: city hall, a church, a restaurant, a parking lot. That is all the hour and a half tour included, and while it was fun, it was not worth the $18. Also, according to other tourists it seems that the city hall is more haunted than the dungeon, so you can save $18 and visit city hall, which is free; or buy an $18 ghost story book. |

| Our guide was well informed and quite knowledgeable of the ghost stories of Charleston. Whether or not you believe in spirits, it's an entertaining way of exploring Charleston and discovering some of its history not likely found in a tour book. |

| Overall we enjoyed our experience, however, i felt like the tour guide went into too much detail and spent a lot of time at each location. In 2 hours we only got 3 ghost stories, as opposed to other tours I have been on where there are multiple stories which make it more interesting. At the first stop he told an intensly detailed ghost story during which he recounted a labor story experienced by the main character. however he couldn't know that myself and my friend are both labor and delivery nurses, and the details he told in the story didn't make any medical sense. And that of course leads you to wonder what else has been embellished.
Anyway, bottom line - less details - more stories :-) |

| An entertaining adventure with good story telling plus a little fact thrown in for good measure. Does require a lot of walking but worth it. |

| The tour guide was informative and did a nice job presenting the stories associated with each stop. The tour itself involved only four stops accompanied by a brief story and some history.
One reason I chose this package was the highly touted special access to the dungeon. Thinking this was some sort of special privilege associated with this tour, I was disappointed to find that the dungeon is open to the public and available for touring throughout the day as part of other tours.
Considering that the entire tour consists of locations that you can walk to and explore on your own without paying for a guide, you may be better served purchasing a book about Charleston ghosts and seeking out the locations on your own. |

| We were unable to go on this tour because of the tropical storm that came through the area. We took other tours though that we enjoyed very much. |
