My husband and I were visiting for our anniversary. It was our first night in town and because of that, we enjoyed spending our first night walking the city. Our tour guide was extremely nice yet she was very soft spoken and her stories were more history than scary. We were very dissappointed with that. We were expecting a loud boisterous tour guide to give it the effect one would expect from a ghost tour. We have taken similar tours in other cities and I must say, presentation is everything. |

I'm a person who likes a good scare. But if you're like me, you're not going to find it while on this tour. You'll hear some good tales, told some amazing facts, and see pictures of orbs - perfect if you have kids between the ages of 8 to 13 or are interested in ghosts but don't want to be frightened. I, personally, was extremely bored and left the tour before it ended. |

It was our 5th time- and as good as ever. Every year the guides tell some of the same stories and some new ones- but even the same ones have a different twist.
It is a "must" while in Charleston. |

I was slightly skeptic about the entertainment value of this tour after reading some reviews, but my family and I had a really good time!!! The tour guide was slightly quiet and although she started off saying that she's the type of guide that tells her stories with humor, she was simply informational...not much humor involved. But this wasn't disappointing; the stories were interesting to hear and although they were not scary while we were on the tour - My 21 year old daughter, 17 year old son, and I freaked out after getting back to the hotel. Talking about all the ghost stories got us scared enough to have to sleep with the lights on!!! Overall, a very fun activity that you definfitly have to try when in Charleston! |

The Ghost and Graveyard tour was fun, but there were 5 groups of 20 each on our night, so it was extermely crowded out there. Our guide was not particulary enthusiastic, but it was fun nonetheless.
I would recommend this tour when there are not so many people in town. |

What I thought was going to be a tour of a graveyard turned out to be much more, as we walked throughout the City. Tad, our host, was very interesting and informative and we enjoyed his ghost stories. The only drawback was the weather - it was very hot that evening. |

The stories told by the guides were very interesting mixing history and local folk lore. The tales of greed, love and daily life transport you back in time. |
