| Very enjoyable and fun. The tour guide assigned to our group was very enthusiastic and made for a very pleasureable tour. One recommendation is to not make comments about "other tours" behaviors or practices stick strictly with telling the group what makes your tours the best.
This tour was a requirement for a school project and was recommended by a co-worker. I will definitely make the same recommendation to anyone interested in taking tours of Charleston. |

| It was great to be able to go into one of the graveyards and walk around at night instead of just looking thru the gate. |

| We really enjoyed the tour, it was a highlight of our trip. Susan did a great job of telling the history behind the graves and houses. She had a good storybook appeal when telling the story. Would love to go on another tour with her. |

| This was my third ghost walk. Some are better than others, it mostly depends on luck of the draw as far as the guide goes. They are fun and interesting and not scary. Give it a try. |

| We had Neale as our tour guide. He was excited about the content of the tour. He told the group he was a history buff & provided LOTS of historical information along with the expected ghost stories. Great job by Neale! |

| We took this tour as a diversion for Halloween. We did not know what to expect. And what a great turn of events it was to have a very knowledgeable, entertaining guide (a Mr. Cameron) whose tales of Charleston's ghosts and sundry customs regarding the dead and near-dead over the centuries were fascinating, instructive, historically authoritative, and full of surprise. Our group was of Charleston transplants, one of whom has lived in the Holy City for more than twenty years, and she learned new pieces of local history as well. Bravo! |

| Our tour guide was fun and a very good story teller. Went late Halloween night, saw everyone dressed up and had fun. The only problem I had was while we were at the Episcopal church on the sidewalk: a very strange man came and tried to act like he was part of our group and he lingered around us and the graveyard. He was not a part of our tour group and he made us feel very uneasy. We were standing near a graveyard, on the sidewalk on Halloween night at 11PM and it is hard to trust people these days. Other than the creepy stranger we all enjoyed it. |

| The guide seemed quite knowledgeable. However, we were not sure if he was telling everything as it had been "handed down", so to speak, or heavily embellishing. We love ghost stories...but we also love history and want our stories to be as accurate as possible. He did have great pictures sent to him by prior ghost walkers when their cameras and picture-taking divulged images of interest and those were enjoyable. We would recommend this tour to others as you can't beat a walk through Charleston at night no matter the storyteller. |

| The tour we took only visited 3 locations - 2 buildings and the cemetery. But the 2 locations prior to the cemetery we didn't even really go to those locations - we stood a block or two away. For example, when visiting the Poogan's Porch we stood in a random parking lot the didn't even have a good view of the restaurant. I would have rather been on the street where we could at least see the porch that the story was about.
Then, when we were in the cemetery the big story wasn't even about that cemetery but something that happened 30 miles away.
The stories in general were WAY too long and drawn out - got very boring.
I would not recommend this tour. I would recommend someone read stories online or in a book and walk themselves around downtown to see those locations. I would be more interested in getting to places where I might have a chance of capturing a ghost on film (should it/they really exist) like the actual buildings or yards that they supposedly haunt. |
