The Charleston Ghost and Graveyard Tour

The Ghost Tour was ok. It was not the greatest in the world as the guide was a little rude, the stories were good but ones I had heard before just through various reading on my own. My Girlfriend did get some Orb pictures at a few locations so it was not a total loss.

Minus the rain, the graveyard tour was a lot of fun. Our guide, whom I can't remember his name, was very enthusiastic and projected his enthusiasm into the group. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Loved the Science Teacher who was our tour guide! Very knowledgeable and interesting stories of Charleston! Would go on the tour again with my children!!

I really enjoyed the graveyard tour. I would have liked to been able to look around in the graveyard, but we were kept together as a group. At times it seems the guides were " lost " at one particular time there were 4 tour groups in the same graveyard. The guide I had was good, he told alot of stories but I feel he could have done a better job, we could have seen more if not for other groups always beating us to the scene, then instead of waiting for previous tour to clear out ( as I saw other guides doing ) we would just turn around and walk away. Over all it was fun and I did enjoy myself. I would sign up for one fo the other tours next time I'm in Charleston

This was an interesting tour and was a break from the normal date night. I found the tour guide a hair on the corny side, but I suppose ghost stories can get that way. He was at least very detailed in his stories and I really enjoyed touring a graveyard at night. One thing I thought was odd was that sometimes he stopped us in parking lots to tell us stories, I thought maybe we shoudl be closer to the actual place of the story rather than standing in a lit parking lot. I would probably go on the 17 and up tour next time to see what the difference is.

Enjoyed the tour with Kathy. She shared interresting stories and made the tour fun.

Our tour guide was very enthusiastic about all the history and tales she was providing the group. We chose the 2130 tour to avoid any children who may be frightened easy, which for us allowed us to enjoy the tour more. The only downside was there were two other tour groups in the cemetery with us and it took away any spook factor you might have gotten. All in all it was interesting, no ghosts or any paranormal events happen but it was still a good tour.

The tour is a great way to relax & spend some fun time together while learning about the history of the area. Larry is a local & was full of knowledge & enthusiasm, which added flavor & fun to the evening. Great for kids & those young at heart alike!

I guess my expectations were higher. We did a ghost tour in New Orleans which was very good. They had lots of stories to tell. This tour has a few good stories, I certainly was not scared but I came away learning a few things. The guide Susan B. was good, only thing I didn't like is that she did not return us to the beginning. She rattled off directions back to the beginning, but we were so turned around I wasn't sure how we would get back. But we did find our way back eventually.

The stories were great but standing in one spot for 15-20mins was to long for our age group. Need to have a place to sit or have more areas to vist.
