Our tour guide was extremely nice and funny. Although we did not experience any 'GHOSTS' we learned a lot interesting history about the jail and the inmates. Enjoyed it very much. Would recommend at least one tour per night without children. |

It was great! Our guide was very knowledgeable and an excellent, enthusiastic storyteller. We were slightly disappointed, mostly in the length of the tour. Still would recommend it to others though! |

The history was quite interesting, I think a little more could be added to it maybe. Maybe some more props and/or some pictures of folks that were affliated with the jail or the history of it. |

I am a graduate student in Forensic Psychology so jails and criminals are of huge interest to me, therefore, my boyfriend and decided to try out this tour while we were visiting Charleston. It had some great history and stories but I think the tour really depends on your guide and your group. I was a tad disappointed that the tour did not include more. If you do choose this tour, make sure to go when it is dark! |

I had 3 people in my group including myself. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and I enjoyed that. We as a group felt that there just wasn't enough time spent in the jail. We only visited 3 rooms and it seemed like we could've walked around the inside more. Overall, it was a good tour. |

My husband and I really enjoyed the haunted jail tour. Our guide told some great stories about the jail and some of its inhabitants and really set the mood for a spooky tour. Unfortunately, we didn't see any ghosts, but we look forward to trying another one of your tours next time we visit the Charleston area. |
