Bulldog Tours

Our children enjoyed the tour! Lots of history, which we enjoyed, but not really a lot of "ghost" stories. Our guide was great though! We really enjoyed her and she was great with the kids!

I have been on the Darkside of Charleston tour with Bull Dog & greatly enjoyed it. This tour was OK, but not as good as the Darkside tour. This isn't Bull Dog's fault as I'm not totally convinced of the supernatural & that affected my opinion of this tour. The next time I'm in town, I plan to try the Jail House Tour with Bull Dog.

WE saw this jail on Ghost Adventures. It wasn't anything like that - we walked into 3 or 4 rooms, only one had the cell in it. Most had walls with construction behind them that took away from the effect. Not many stories were told, it was very hot; and, seemed rushed.

Eric did great job and we plan on going back. got some great pics of orbs and a shadow figure on the wall. highly reccomend it.

My husband, 10 yr old son, and myself took this tour. It wasn't really scary but it was very educational and informative. My husband and son are into historical things and they loved the stories. Our tour guide was great!

We have done culinary tours in other cities and loved them! We wanted to get a taste of the flavors of Charleston. The woman who gave the tour told us a lot of places that would be delicious to eat...but we only went to three places for food...and it wasn't that spectacular. Two of the places we stopped (of the five advertised) were places to shop. So, we had to wait for others to buy items from a chain cooking store and a local spice store. It was really not what we signed up for.

My sister and I went on this tour on a trip to Charleston. I am a ghost tour junkie (I go on them whenever I can) but my sister had never been on one before. It was a really fun evening - our guide told us she had been doing the tours for years, and she had a lot of great stories as well as historical information to provide. We got to see a lot of the Old Town section of Charleston which was a fun introduction to a city neither of us had ever visited before. Sadly, no ghosts made appearances, but it was still a good time!

Tourguide was "ok." Would have been better if he was more dramatic / theatrical and was a better story teller.

I usually enjoy tours such as this. I thought this was just pretty flat. I don't think it was the guide in particular. She knew her material. But the combination of the guide and the group left me disappointed and a bit like I could have spent our time in better ways. We started with a group of maybe 10 and through the tour people left until there was only one family and us left. I probably would not recommend this particular tour.

Our guide (the science teacher) was great! His knowledge of charleston's history and detailed ghost stories was enjoyable for our whole family group, aged 7 to 60!

This was a very pleasurable tour. Would definitely recommend. Tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable.

It was okay, informative....as informative as going to a museum with the lights out....have to admit, I was disappointed....would have been angry if I spent more than $18.... Tour guide, Glen was knowledgable, but was a little difficult to understand. In his story telling he used a lot of infliction, but we missed the ends of a lot of his sentences.
