| Great alternative for couples than the usual dinner and a movie. We did get some unexplained images on our pictures. I would have liked to been able to sit quietly in the area for awhile to increase the chance of hearing or seeing something, but it was definately not disappointing. | ||||||

| We had a really good time, the fact that it was a bit foggy made it even more fun. I really like that the tour guide promotes taking pictures and gives you time to do that. | ||||||

| We had hoped it would be a longer tour with more detail. It was over before we new it. WE were hoping to be scared out of our witts. Expectations too high. Perhaps the tickets should not be as much since the access inside is so limited due to the renovations. The gentlemen that was our tour guide was really nice and we enjoyed him. | ||||||

| Our leader (think her name was Joanne) was great. She involved the whole group and was very well informed. I especially liked the information she offered that was more "insider" than I would have gotten from the guide books.. Her suggestions on things to see after the walk were very helpful. | ||||||

| I emailed the company to let them know I broke my foot and could not walk a tour. They told me to keep my ticket and they will honor it at any time. | ||||||

| She provided the mystery that was needed for this tour. I don't think the jail itself was that spectacular, but she did a great job of trying to make it more scary. I didn't see any ghosts, or feel any cold breezes or anything like that. The best part of the whole tour was the history of the place. That in itself is enough to make you shudder. When you think of the horrors that must have gone on in that place. The diseases, the hangings, the whippings, the heat and cold since there were no windows in the place; That is enough to make it interesting. I would rather take the graveyard tour next time. I don't think the jailhouse tour was worth doing twice, but it was interesting enough to be worthwhile. | ||||||

| First off, our tour guide was great. She was fun and enthusiastic. However, 'The Dungeon' was a HUGE letdown. It is a small 30 x 30 foot brick room with fake dummies and rats all over the place. This is the 'money shot' and it fails to deliver. However, 'the filler' spots en route were more interesting than the dungeon as our guide gave us great stories. Though obviously embellished, they were interesting as they provided a small sliver of old Charleston culture. I keep hearing the Jail Tour is the one to take, but that one was all sold out. I cannot recommend this tour for someone looking for ghosts or a scare, but someone looking to pass 90 minutes on a rather easy walking tour, it may be worth your while. | ||||||

| Ruth Miller took us on a tour of historic Charleston for almost 2 hours. It was wonderful and the time flew. She had stories and history at her fingertips. | ||||||
