| We've been to several ghost tours in Savannah and Charleston. This one actually made me uneasy! The guide was personable. At one point I wandered to another room from the tour and felt that, "I'd rather be back with the group", feeling. The guide mentioned paranormal investigators had their camera suddenly move and become disabled, in a particular corner of a room on the second floor, a few months ago. Well, I was taking lots of pictures with my new camera, with new batteries. My camera stopped/broke, lens permanently irretractible, trying to take a picture in that same corner of the room (very coincidental). Anyway, my teenagers and I enjoyed this tour. | ||||||

| This was an enjoyable tour. The jail was very spooky and the historical narration really added to the sense of horror. I don't think some aspects might be appropriate for children but it was a great date tour. Some parts drug out a bit and I sensed they were filling time to a certain extent (even though it's only a 45-50 min. tour) but the highlights definitely made up for those slower parts. You'll definitely want to bring a camera for a couple of parts and if it's winter dress warmly. I also recommend comfortable shoes. | ||||||

| The stories and locations were wonderful. I would recommend taking along a small flashlight to see the tomb stones better. It is a walking tour so I wouldn't recommend taking along anyone that needs considerable help walking. | ||||||

| I enjoyed the jail tour and all of the historic information we learned. I recommend the following: 1. Do not send walking tourists down dark alleyways and streets to get to the jail. Maybe you should allow the group (w/ guide) to meet at Bulldog tours and walk together. If that means paying more for the tour, it is worth it...When we arrived closer to the jail, there was some noisy loitering going on across the street. 2. If you still send walkers to the jail, try sending them on King St. for most of the way...then they don't have as many dark streets to walk down. | ||||||

| We really enjoyed the tour! The ghost stories were very captivating! Our tour guide did a great job of sharing the spooky history of the town. It was a great tour because we acutally went inside the graveyards and got a first hand view of the graves and tombstones. We are already planning another ghostly tour on our next trip to Charleston! | ||||||

| We are a bit skeptical when it comes to ghost stories, but it was still a lot of fun to hear about them. We weren't scared at all, but there are plenty of creepy moments. The security that lets you into the Provost Dungeon is a good resource too. Be sure to go see it in the daytime! The city is beautiful at night and we were very comfortable walking by the graveyards with our large group. They even pass around some pictures to enhance their stories! I loved that they told you about all the haunts in the local hotels. They told us that really scary things can and do happen on the tours, but we had a very calm evening. The guides are very experienced and professional. Don't forget your camera because you can take all the pictures you want! | ||||||

| We were concerned that our 7 and 10 year old girls would get scared... not even close. There was not one story that I can recall or would repeat. At the last stop of the tour the guide says "that's all folks" and points you towards Market Street. They do not take you back to the starting point. My feeling is that they are concerned that the next set of customers will see the disappointment on your face. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I would chose other ways to spend my time and money in the future. | ||||||

| We had a great time on this tour...our tour guide did a wonderful job. Its not cheesy...no people jumping out, etc. There is a lot of historical information given and background information on the jail and the ghosts that call it home. I recommend going on the 10 o'clock tour...the later it is, the creepier it is. Keep an open mind on this tour...you never know what you will see or what will show up in your photoes when you get home! | ||||||

| This was a very interesting tour with several very good stories. The trip to the dungeon was an unusual experience and very worthwhile. There was quite a bit of walking which seemed to cut down on the time for the stories. | ||||||

| We thought there would be more substance to the Ghost and Dungeon tour. The guide was good for what he had to work with, but there wasn't much to it. They stand you outside a graveyard for way too long making way too big a deal about a "real" photo of a ghost and then bring you to a dungeon and then bring you to the waterfront and tell way too long of a story. There wasn't much of anything about the city as we were walking. Just 3 stops with long, kinda boring stories. More of a standing around tour than a walking tour. I've done a similiar type walking tour in Savannah and it was so much more interesting. | ||||||

| My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of Charleston. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Charleston and made the morning fun. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history and sights of Charlston. | ||||||
