| Our tour guide, Lane , was very knowlegeable and knew vast details about history that we never would have heard about on one of the group tour buses. Very interesting, little know facts about Charleston. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Half the fun was listening to Lane's authentic "Charlestonian" accent. Would highly recommend for all.....Yankees may wish to bring a translator or a "How to Speak Southern" dictionary, rather than bashing Lane's accent!! | ||||||

| I enjoyed the ghost tour, I think it's a must do in Charleston. 1st of all, there isn't much else going on in the evening (besides the fantastic restaurants) if you aren't into the bar scene. It was great for me because I got into Charleston in the evening!! I thought my tour guide could have been a little better, but I don't want to pass judgement on all of the tours out of there... my tour guide took us out for longer the the 90 minute limit, but that was to make up for some of the off topic stories. Like I said, I think with another tour guide, I would have had more focus on the ghosts than his personal life! | ||||||

| My husband and I have been talking about taking one of the tours and finally did it, it was very informative. The history that you learn was really interesting and the guide was very informative and shared some of his encounters which made it even more interesting. I took tons of pictures inside and out and will tell you the spirits are there!! I have so many orbs on most and in many different areas for example, as we were standing by the stairs and everyone was filing in a room I turned back and took a picture of the stairs as they were very unique and when I looked at the screen there was a large bright orb at the top, I showed my husband and turned back around jokingly I said "say cheese" and took another one and would you believe, it moved down to the 4th step only a few steps from me!!! Yes, I was a bit freaked out but enjoyed every minute of it!! The only thing I would recommend is when you do the night tours to bring bug spray as they eat you up outside while waiting. | ||||||

| the guide was better. Ours quite frankly struck me as he'd just thrown down a few adult beverages. He spent a lot of time talking (rambling) that could have been used with us exploring the jail. The time we actually spent in the jail was minimal and that's what we came to see. We did get a couple of "orb" photos. If we'd stirred up more dust inside we'd have gotten more, lol... In summary, this should be renamed Jail Tour (ditch the Haunted) and I think it's worth about 10 bucks a head. | ||||||

| We could not understand a word the tour guide was saying. I am not even sure if he knew what he was talking about. We ended up going back to the office and asking if we could reschedule. We got our gift certificates back and are now planning on going on a different tour with a different guide!!!!!!!!! | ||||||

| With the dungeons and ghosts tour I would like to spend more time in the dungeon and be able to go in the customs house as well not just the dungeon. Other than that good stories and nice walk in the city. | ||||||

| We were a multi-generational group and all had a good time. Our guide, Grason, was an excellent story-teller. The only drawback was that his flashlight didn't work. He did his best to make up for it with the light from his cell-phone, but in the future, it might be better to provide lights or suggest that they are brought along. Red lights would provide illumination without brightness, and could even add to the creepy factor. Overall, we were glad to have a different activity to do all together, and it was worth it. | ||||||

| Our guide was Suzanne and she was great, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I managed to capture several orbs in some of my photos of when we toured some rooms of the jail. This one was the most scariest and pretty eerie out of the other ghost tours I've been on in Charleston. Def. would recommend this one! | ||||||

| This was my second Bulldog tour. This tour seemed very limited as far as touring the facility. There was not much in the jail to actually see. It was educational but not scary in the least. I preferred the dark side tour over this one. | ||||||

| This was our second vacation in the Charleston area. This time we brought our entire family and had them all excited to do a famous Charleston Ghost Tour. We had done one a couple years ago with another company and really enjoyed it. After asking around and checking the Internet, we decide upon the Bulldog Tour Group. We bought 11 tickets online and showed up in anticipation of an exciting evening. Unfortunately, our tour was less than exciting. The tour guide spent all his time telling us stories without showing us much of any of the haunted sites except for the dungeon. Aside from the dungeon experience, which was cool to go through, the rest of the tour was very disappointing to us. We felt cheated out of the $16 or so we paid for each ticket. Therefore, I would have to give this tour a very low rating, as I wish we would have picked another group and tour to go with. | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and found it most interesting. Was amazed at how much info we received in short amount of time. Hoon was our guide and he was great. His enthusiasm and love for his job is most enjoyable. Impressed by the training that your guides go through. Will definitely plan a longer visit to your beautiful city next time to follow up on some of the places we saw and heard about. | ||||||

| Our tour guide was energetic with his storytelling. The three of us in our group were not thrilled at all with the lack of gore or scare factor! This tour was not worth the price that we paid. | ||||||
