| We enjoyed the tour, had a knowledgable tour guide. The stories were interesting and mildly scary. Do not expect to be scared out of your mind. This tour is children friendly. We spend about 1 hour walking with about 5 stops for stories, followed by about 30 min on a graveyard. Overall it was worthwhile and nice. Recommended. | ||||||

| I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is fun-loving and free-spirited. This was the first tour we did out of four of them in two days, but this was the most fun and well-worth the money. We felt this was the highlight of our trip. We wanted something carefree and fun to do the night we got married, and this was wonderful! | ||||||

| We had so much fun on this walk!! It was our first time in Charleston, even though we're only a short car ride from there. It was very interesting to hear the stories of the city - alot of which we didn't know. Thanks for a great time!! We'll definatley be back!! | ||||||

| Our tour guide was great! I could tell she was an experienced story teller and she told our group of some of the ghost / graveyard stories. You were able to also learn a little Charleston history along the way. My nephew and I really enjoyed the tour, but were hoping it would include a few more stops. We had a small group, which made it even better. The best part of the tour was the Circular Church graveyard. Just wish we could've explored it a little more. | ||||||

| Without a doubt, this was a GREAT tour! Our tour guide has a great way of telling stories about Charleston and the haunted jail. It was great to go inside the jail and see the different rooms and hear the different stories. It definately had a creepy, spine tingling effect. My nephew enjoyed being a "victim" in the Crain of Pain. He said it was eery to stand there where someone in the past had been treated so violently. In a few of the rooms, we got that "someone is watching me" creepy feeling. We were in a small group, so that made the tour even better. We also took the Graveyard tour, but highly recommend this one more. If you have to choose between the two - go with the Haunted Jail! | ||||||

| We went on a tour of the graveyard with a co-worker that was here for the first time. We enjoyed the history and stories we heard at each stop (heart wrenching and tragic as they should be) but the group was quite large. We did like our tour guide. While at the stops along the way, he did a great job of giving lots of detail and asking leading questions to perk your imagination. It was between the stops that we did not really care for. The setting of a ghost story (or walk) should be a little creepy. If the group was smaller, the tour guide could have had more interaciton with us and keep us captivated. I would go again, but maybe to the jail or the dungeon. | ||||||

| Stephen was great!!! He told the stories of Charleston's ghosts w/ such ease and believabilty. His presentation and rapport w/ the group made the entire tour exceptional and enjoyable. The walking stick w/ the skull really added to the experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!!!! | ||||||

| The tour guide was a great story teller, and was very informative. After the tour I went and bought both her books. The tour took us in alleyways and in a graveyard. And I enjoyed hearing the stories about the people that were buried there. | ||||||

| Just my type of tour-We covered a lot of ground efficiently in the 2 hour tour and learned a lot about the city and its history. We were in Charleston for less than 36 hours and I highly recommend the tour to any visitor. The couple I was visiting have lived there for many years and they said they learned a lot as well! | ||||||

| The tour guide arrived on time and was very personable and also professional. She was very knowledgeable on the history of the jail and on the surrounding community. I didn't know that Charleston had such a violent past. This tour was very infomative. I must say though that we were also entertained. My fiance and I really enjoyed the tour and recommend it highly when visiting the Charleston, South Carolina area. | ||||||

| Our guide was was well spoken and knew his facts about the topics that he spoke about. He came with articles from various newspapers to support his stories. He was humorous and made the tour very enjoyable. We recommend the tour. Great fun! | ||||||
