| I have been on many ghost walks in Canada, the U.K. and the U.S.A. and I have to say that this was the most disappointing (and expensive one) that I have been on. The problem was the tour guide (Rina, Rita??), she was very boring, was fuzzy on some of the facts and had no enthusiasm. I felt like I would have had the same experience if i had just followed along from the book. The tour guide needs to be enthusiastic and make it dramatic and dark. It is also nice if they dress for the part and have some humour. I think that if we had a different tour guide I would have enjoyed the tour as i enjoyed the stories and walking around Charleston. I also did a Ghost Trolley in Savannah and it was great. |

| The stories we heard were interesting, BUT we felt like we could have gleaned as much information by reading the book on which the tour is based. |

| My wife and I had a great time on the ghost tour. It was exactly what we expected - walking through town hearing different historic tales of Charlestonians and descriptive accounts of ghost encounters. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about Charleston, its history, and the ghost stories she told without making the history too dry and the ghost telling too cheesy. It was a fun way to spend an evening and we recommend it to every tourist. |

| The guide didn't seam to tell the story in a way that kept my interest. In addition, I felt like I was set up at the end. There were three girls that attended the tour and at the end they kind of worked the crowd so we would tip the tour guide. Afterwards it was obvious that these people were his friends and that it was part of the show. That did not sit right with me and the other families I was with. Our group contained three families and they all had the same comment I had at the end with this issue. |

| We enjoyed the college student who guide us on the tour but it is really more like a history lesson with some ghost stories told along the way. Also, we did not know that we were not going to be going in to the residential area or inside any buildings at all. They are not allowed to tour the residential area after 5:00 pm and we only looked in places from the outside.
We also did the old city jail tour and it was a bit more interesting because we got to go inside the building and it is a pretty spooky looking place from the outside too. |

| The tour was amazing. We learned a lot about the history of Charleston and about the various ghost stories that are associated with Charleston. My only issue was with the tour guide. While he was very informative, he needs to work on his speaking skills. He used umm a lot and some of his euphamisms were awkward. I know that he was just starting, and that it will take time, but he needs to get more accustomed to the stories. He did do a fantastic job showing us around the city though and the tour overall was great!! |

| This tour was informative. The guide was new but knew the information well and presented it well. Unfortunately, we had just finished a tour w/ another company immediately prior to this one w/ a seasoned guide that knew how to "play the crowd". This tour was a little more expensive than the other, but not worth more. |

| This was an incredibly fun way to learn more about the history of Charleston and get just a little spooked. The tour was not particularly terrifying, but the guide was a great storyteller and kept the tour exciting. We wished the tour had been a little bit longer -- the main part of the tour was finished within an hour, with the remainder of the time left for walking back to the meeting point. We were having such a fun time, but were slightly disappointed that the tour was a bit shorter than we expected. Definitely a great way to see the city after dark. |
