| We were on a trip encompassing Savannah, Charleston and the Great Smokey Mountains. We took ghost tours at each location (basically for the history lesson and not really for the ghost aspect) and the Charleston tour was the best, by far. Ben was our tourguide. He is an amazing story-teller and a great host. He was historically accurate, as well as, interesting and funny. |

| We had so much fun on this tour. It was by far our favorite activity from our vacation. The tour guide was great. We went back and did another tour we had so much fun. It's a must! |

| Our tour guide, Ben, was enthuiastically engaging and painted a good picture of the early days of Charleston. Their tales add an essential piece to the cultural story of the town and can be backed up by historical record. This tour group is great and I highly recommend it. |

| Our tour guide (Ben) was very enthusiastic and a great speaker. In addition to the Ghost stories, he gave us a lot of very interesting facts about history in Charleston. |

| I was very impressed with the tour. The stories about the ghosts of Charleston was backed up with research done by authors of the book. Amanda was our tour guide and was excellent. She made the stories come to life and hold my attention. Everyone in the group loved it. |

| My wife and I enjoyed this tour. I've only been on one other walking tour like this and it was one of the Vampire tours in New Orleans. I thought, Amanda, our tour guide was great and did a good job delivering the spooky stories while we got to walk around downtown Charleston. I was more interested in the history and she managed to throw in some interesting stuff there too. We had a really good time overall and even left with some tips on other places to eat and visit while we stayed in Charleston. |

| My husband and I, locals, took a couple of visiting friends. They thought the history was the most interesting part. The ghost stories (~5 depending on who you ask) were G-rated (a good thing for us) but not quite what we had hoped for. They told us another company has bought all the rights to enter cemetaries, so this tour didn't. We didn't enter any structure where a Charleston ghost was ever spotted. We did look over one cemetary fence for a story.
Over all, the tourguide gets good marks for enthusiasm and voice, the story lines were average and the path was average. |

| Ben did a great job with the tour. My wife and I had a great time listening and interacting with Ben during the tour.
We will do this agian next year when we visit. |

| The tour guide was good, but the brochure led me and my groupd to believe that we were going to go into some of these buildings. However, instead was received a tour of the outside of these premesis. |

| I have been on other tours in Charleston that were much more informative - more stories I guess. I have also been on a ghost tour in Chicago that really put this tour at a lower level. I felt we spent more time walking than hearing good ghost stories. |
