We really enjoyed our tour and our tour guide was very informative. The tour went longer than suppose to which would have been wonderful if it had just been my husband and I, but our 8 month old got a little upset so we felt a little bad. |

We took this tour our first morning and really enjoyed it. We got a good summary of what made the city and were able to go places that the carriage tours don't. We really wish there was a longer tour because there was more to see. |

Our tour guide, Danny McGee, was great! He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and had a wonderful sense of humor. I recommend him highly -- I'm glad he was our guide. |

Danny was great. We enjoyed ourselves very much. It went much longer than the promised 80-90 minutes, which we benefitted from, but sometimes tour guests won't have enough flexibility to tour for an additional hour. We, however, considered it a bonus. Great fun. By the way, we took Danny's advice and went and toured the Provost Dungeon the next day. We enjoyed that as well. |

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston. He provided us with information that we would not have acquired on our own without hours of research. He summarized historical events in a classroom manner making it easly understood and interesting. The tour itself took us down main streetd, side streets, alleys, into buildings and viewing artwork and photos that pointed out historical and current Charleston lifestyles. We recommend it highly. |

My family which consisted of my husband and two grown sons really enjoyed our historic walking tour. I would highly recommend it and I definitely want to return to Charleston. Our guide was very informative and really knows the history of the places we were taken. Most of all she was very enthusuiastic and really seem to love her job.
What I really liked the most was the streets and alleys that she took us through. We would of never seen these if we had taken a carriage ride, although I am sure those are nice too. It was a fantasic morning, the weather was perfect for walking and we all had a wonderful family experience and made a great memory. |
