| What a great way to see Annapolis! Fun group environment, super tour guide, wonderful sights and tastes of the city. You will get to see and experience more on the tour than if you just try to walk around the city on your own. After the tour ended, we were able to decide where to go and what to do based on the things we already experienced. I would absolutely recommend this tour....but take the early one so you have time to explore afterwards. | ||||||

| We recently moved to Annapolis from Virginia. We've enjoyed driving around Annapolis, but until we did the walking tour, we had no idea just how amazing a place it truly is. This is an essential orientation for anyone moving to the area. Kelsey did a fabulous job giving the tour. We highly recommend this to tourists and residents alike. | ||||||

| The tour was great, as was our guide. He was very informed and made sure that my group was too. My only complaint was that we didn't spend much time at each place. The tour moved a little too fast for my group, so we compensated by going back the next day and touring the same sites, but at our own pace. I would say it is a good tour, in particular for those who love history, and that it's worth it. | ||||||

| My wife and I live about an hour from Annapolis in Montgomery County, Maryland. We have lived here over 16 years and have visited Annapolis often. Suprisingly over 2/3's of the places visited, we had never been to. Some, we will go back to on future trips. The tour was excellent. We went out on a sailing schooner afterwards but had enough food during the walking tour that we decided not to have dinner before we came home. | ||||||

| This tour was informative and fun. I grew up in Annapolis, but still learned a lot about the town. My wife and her mother both had a great time as well. They grew up in Miami and so they really learned a lot about the city. We also did a boat tour that afternoon. They both commented on how informative the guide was and how much he clearly loved his job. It really showed, he was able to answer every question we had. We're now thinking about doing the Haunted Tour. All in all, a great day and great time. Thanks again, | ||||||

| My husband and I have visited Annapolis a couple of times. On this particular visit, we were interested in learning more about the historical sites, so we made reservations for the walking tour of the historic district. It turned out that we were the only two people to sign up for the tour on that very hot day. Our guide, Vicar Glossop (Gary), was very nice. He was extremely knowledgeable-just full of information, and he was entertaining, too. He added humor to the mix, and he was helpful regarding recommending other things to do in the city. Although we were his only two customers, we never felt short-changed. In fact, Gary went over the time normally allotted for this tour. He kept us in the shade, too! As a teacher of history, I think this tour lends itself well to anyone from fourth grade on up. I highly recommend this tour for its educational and entertainment value. | ||||||

| Once again, we had a wonderful tour with our capital city colonials guide. Every time a family member or friend comes into town, my husband and I take them on this walking tour . Our guests are always impressed with the guide's depth of knowledge of Annapolis and US history. Even after taking the tour a few times, I learn something new. Our visitors always tell us that this was a highlight of their trip and enjoy the leisurely stroll through downtown Annapolis. I highly recommend this tour for history buffs, tourists and Annapolitans alike. | ||||||

| Susan, our tour guide, was terrific. She provided a lot of information on the history of Annapolis and patiently answered all of our questions. She had a great memory. Although we were a large group, she knew us all by name. The food we sampled was delicious and plentiful. I would definitly take the tour again if in the area. | ||||||

| The tour provides an excellent introduction to Annapolis' historic district. Our guide, Marcus, was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. The tour length was just right: long enough to see and learn alot, but not too long where some (particularly children) might lose interest. | ||||||

| When I signed up for the tour it was so that my 9 year old son Alex could learn a little local history. As it turns out my children and I were the only ones on the tour. I told our tour guide, a wonderful man named Gary, to please gear the tour at Alex. As it turns out Gary is a homeschool teacher and he was more than happy to oblige. He and Alex had a wonderful time, as a matter of fact Alex has recommended the tour to his friends. He told them he learned a lot AND it was cool! High praise from a 9 year old. He has also asked when we are going to do another one. I recommend the tour, and to anyone with children I recommend gary as your tour guide. | ||||||

| Our tour guide was wonderful: knowledgeable, intelligent, and interesting. He showed a grand knowledge of history and Annapolis and pointed out details in building construction that would have been missed. The tour was the highlight of our visit. | ||||||

| We went on the 10:30am tour on 07/30. The scenary and weather was beautiful. We were very dissappointed in the knowledge and storytelling of our guide. She was very unsure and stalled often (she was also very quiet). We realized she was new and still in training because there was a trainer who accompanied her and prompted her at some points. However, she needed much more guidance and training before being put in front of the public. We could tell the other guide was very knowledgable and entertaining and we would have thoroughly enjoyed our tour with him. We were only in Annapolis for the morning for that specific tour while passing through Maryland, so it was a let down. | ||||||
