See The City Tour - A Segway Tour of Washington DC

The guides were well informed and personable. They gave excellent history of the sites and tips on further visits. They took pictures as asked and were extremely helpful in assisting all with operation of their segway. Riding a segway is a fun and enjoyable way to get around D.C. The entire experience was excellent.

This was a fun way to spend the afternoon in D.C. We enjoyed the sites, information, and our tour guides were very helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour of the DC landmarks. Our tour hosts were knowledgeable and fun, and did a great job of instructing us all on riding the Segway. The evening tour was especially nice since there were no crowds and the buildings were very impressive at night.

Easy to learn, good information and cautions.

Our guide was Scott. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. We decided on this tour because my husband much prefers wheels to heels (why walk when you could ride?) and I thought it would be a fun way to hit the DC highlights. I hate to brag, but I was right. This is a perfect way to get an overview tour of many of the most popular spots in the city. I forgot to worry about not falling off the Segway until we got to the meetup place. Then I remembered, and I was very nervous. Scott was very patient with my hyper-caution, which I appreciated. It took about ten minutes before I was comfortable on the Segway, which was fine since all that took place inside and then in the park across the street. By the time we started the tour, I was already smiling and ready for a good time. WHEEEEE! It was a beautiful fall day, and I enjoyed every minute of the tour. Now I will make it a point to take a Segway tour whenever I can. We're from Atlanta, and I might take the one here just for kicks. Thank you, Scott, for making our Segway tour such a memorable experience!

Would be nice to hear what happened to the old guy who took the header into the cement at the capital. Probably will not recommend this tour to my 70 year-old-mother. I was thinking that it probably just has to do with one's ability to get their arms up when a spill happens. The old folks just can't throw their arms out in time. Anyhow was still enjoyable.

Capital Segway is an excellent tour guide. Just be careful getting off the segway - can be a little tricky. I would definitely use them again in the future!

We were the last group of the day and since there was only 5 of us, we were able to tailor the trip to what we wanted to see. Great fun!

We highly recommend this activity to any age group.
