See The City Tour - A Segway Tour of Washington DC

We had such a blast zipping around DC! We had never been on Segways before and found them easy to operate after just a few short minutes. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. We liked that it was a small group of only 6 participants. We would recommend this to anyone.

Visite très originale avec un guide très sympa. Un bon compromis pour découvrir la ville entre la marche à pied plutôt fastidieuse et le bus très impersonnel. Cela permet de se déplacer rapidement tout en pouvant approcher les monuments de très près. Seul bémol, la visite qui ne se fait qu'en anglais ce qui la rend inaccessible pour les personnes ne le comprenant pas. Des guides multilingues ou des boitiers de traduction ou de commentaires pré-enregistrés seraient les bienvenus.

I thoroughly enjoyed my segway tour. We traveled all over DC and saw a lot of the sights while receiving information from our guide (Mario). He suggested places to explore later; I followed his advice and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

We had a great time on our segway tour of Washington, DC. The segways were surprisingly easy to use, and we got the hang of them right away. Our tour guide was very informative as well as hilarious, and everyone at Capital Segway was helpful and professional. Even when one of our group members got sick halfway through the tour, she was taken care of immediately by the tour guide and was refunded the full amount of her tour. We would definitely take this tour again!

We loved the tour! It was the highlight of our vacation. Karen, our tour guide, was awesome!!! She made it very interesting and fun. We would do it again!

This tour was a lot of fun. The Segway was a blast to ride and not hard to learn. I would like one for myself. We saw many of the sights at night and it was very pretty and good way to get to many places. A bit hard to hear the guide all the time on the headset was the only negative on the ride. Altogether a good time even though it was hot.

My wife and I really enjoyed the tour. The guide was helpful and knowledgable. The Segway was mastered in a few minutes. Riding the Segway was a blast.

I was worried that I would feel clumsy on the Segway, but within a few seconds it felt very natural. Our guide (Mario) gave us great suggestions as to how to avoid problems, and our group was small enough that none of us encountered any. I wish I could describe the sensation of flying around town on a Segway---seriously, I'd like to buy one! So nice to leave the confines of heavy traffic, but move faster (and with less effort) than walking everywhere---you have to try this to experience it for yourself.
