See The City Tour - A Segway Tour of Washington DC

The Capital Segway tour of DC was the highlight of our vacation. Our tour group leader Scott was an outstanding guide providing us with fun facts as we zoomed thru downtown DC. My family and I have always wanted to ride segways and our trip was everything we had hoped it would be and more. Just riding the segways alone would have been great, but throw in the sightseeing of our nation's capital and you've got a winning combination. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience riding a segway. It was great.

Our guide Drew provided an amazing tour of Washington and provided excellent instruction on how to operate the Segway safely. The tour was entertaining, informative, educational and a lot of fun. This Segway tour was the highlight of our stay in Washington.

Hi, haven't gone on the tour, just know I wouldn't do anything from either of you again. Family's dates changed - Zerve CS says we can't help you have to contact captal city tours. Capital city tours says no refund, but we can reschedule within a certain window. So I eat $240 worth of tickets for a segway tour with twenty days notice? Why put up with it? Are you seriously telling me an airline flight with 200 passengers is more flexible then 15 people on a Segway? If you were in my shoes would you use this company next time? With so many tour companies available, I couldn't in good faith recommend you to family, friends, or business partners. This may come as a shock to you, but YOU exist to help ME, not the other way around.

I've always wanted to ride a Segway and this was an opportunity to do that and see some of Washington DC. It was easy and so much fun to ride it and the guides were both friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend the Segway tour to anyone.

I live in DC, and I bought this tour for my dad as a Father's day present. He's a history junkie and absolutely loved it! He said it was his favorite part of the weekend. It's a great tour, very fun, but you definitely have to be able to laugh at yourself.

I really enjoyed the tour The segway was great fun I was a little disappointed as the tour was not for the full time as stated as we didn't see as much as i had expected Overall i enjoyed the tour and guides information but was a little sad i didn't see as much as i expected

The tour was great. Our tour guides were absolutely fantastic! The segways are a lot of fun to ride; not hard at all to learn. It's a great way to get through the city quickly. I wouldn't recommend it as your sole way of seeing DC. One benefit was that they provide headphones for you and talk that way so this maximizes the time you can scoot around and minimizes having to huddle in a group to hear about a site. Downsides: 1) This is a two hour tour that is rather expensive...and ours ended 15 minutes early. I felt jipped! 2) They never took us to see a large number of the memorials that were promised in the description (Lincoln, WWII, Korean, Vietnam...), and 3) occasionally there was noise in the headsets and it was hard to tell what they were saying. Not sure this can be helped. Overall a great tour- I just wish they had taken us around for the full two hours and had showed us all of the sites they promised!

Fantastic way to see all the main attractions in DC especially if you have limited time. Real easy to ride & great fun. Amazing machines, Shame in most states there not street legal. I would buy one. Aaron our tour guide was the best. thank you all at Capitol Segway for an amazing time!!

The Segway was the best fun I've had doing a "sports" activity in a long time. The "tour" however seemed to have too much time looking at monuments. We wanted to ride more !
