The tour guide was very good, and their Segways were a blast to ride. Very easy to learn and they teach you what you need to know. I would do this again. You have way more fun than walking.

Our tour guide, Karen, was very patient with those of us who were nervous at first. She was an excellent tour guide and the whole experience was great! Would definitely recommend to others!!

I was Very happy with our tour except half of the people joining the seagway tour were late. which in turn got us all started late and made the whole tour feel rushed! For the price you pay for these tours they should Never be cut short! But very fun anyhow.

My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour. We are so happy we decided to do it. We covered so much ground and were able to get so many amazing photos of the sites and with us both in them (usually it's just one of us or us attempting a self portrait so it was great to have others willing to take photos). The segway was much easier than I thought it would be and we were all up and going within 15 minutes. Our tour guide provided so many great bits of information and we were even relaying some of it back to our friends who live in DC and didn't know. We would definitely recommend this tour! So much fun and very informative!

Best way to see DC highlights!

This was my first time on a Segway and the instructions and practice before the tour were really helpful. What great fun it was to go touring down the main streets of DC, riding right in front of the White House, Capital, and other famous sites, whizzing along on the Segway. We got right up close and personal with each of the sites and our tour guide was very knowledgable. I learned a lot and had great fun doing it. I've already recommended it to my friends back home who might be traveling to DC in the future. Thanks for a great way to see DC!

This is a MUST way to see DC

We were visiting DC for my son's college graduation and I have been to DC many times on business, but when I saw one of the Segway groups going by one day, when we were walking around, I thought "We HAVE to do this!". None of us have ever been on a Segway and my wife was nervous to say the least. But after short instruction and practice, we were all driving around like pros...well, maybe not pros, but you catch on quick! They are so cool and easy to navigate, even in the city. This is an amazing way to see DC; you can cover so much ground on these things, time flies. The tour stops to take photos and the guide will help you taking photos of you. You really "see" things from a different perspective. Our guide, Drew, was awesome! Funny with great knowledge of DC, even for someone who has visited many times before. This is an opportunity you have to take advantage of, it is well worth the money!

You Must Do This!!!!

I grew up in Washington DC and spent many hours downtown and touring the museum and Mall area. In 2 hours I learned more about the history and the area than I learned in years of touring on my own. Our group ranged from 19yo-78yo and we all did great. The staff were the best! This is the only way to get a great overview of the area. We didn't want to leave and will return again and again, as this really is too much fun. Don't be intimidated by the technology. The staff were so patient and helpful as we found our "Segway legs." It felt totally safe. This was the highlight of our visit to DC. You must do this!!!

Our tour of Washington DC was highlighted with our Segway tour. Drew was our guide. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The earbuds made the tour keep moving and gave us information as we needed it , such as where to ride when in traffic. The information provided on the tour was both informative and entertaining. We covered alot of distance and saw most of the main attractions on our tour. I would highly recommend Capital Segway to anyone wanting a fun way to see Washington DC I hope to return with my sons and their families someday. The Segways are fun and easy to ride. Thanks for the memories!
