| The tour guide was very knowledgeable and they made sure we were all comfortable on the segway before starting the tour. The guide not only provided a great tour but also included the unusual details of the buildings or history. It was a great way to overview the city in 2 hours to get a feel for how the city was laid out and what you would want to go back and tour. Our friend who is a DC local wrnt with us and she enjoyed it so much she booked another tour for next week for her, her husband and some other friends. |

| My husband and I came from Montreal, Canada to visit Washington. On our first night we saw some people doing a tour on a Segway. I told my husband: "We really need to do it". He found that site on internet and the following day we did the tour at 3:30pm. We were alone with the guide (I think her name was Erika). It was more than what we were expecting. Everybody should do this at least once in their life. For sure I will do it again. This was the better city tour that I never did in my life. Thanks for that wonderful experience.

| Our family included four adults (two over fifty, two younger). Learning to ride the segway was fun and fairly easy for all of us. Our guide seemed reasonably knowledgeable though the history aspect of the tour was secondary to the fun of traveling around the city on the segway. Our two hour tour was about right. One hour would have been way too short. More than two hours might have been a little much for me, though the younger members of our group were ready for more. I suppose the high cost of the tour is due to the expensive equipment, but it was a little pricey. |

| I live locally and wanted to try out riding the machines. It was a blast. I think it was a good value and recommend it for the adventure and the novelty. I took the 6:30 tour so the walkways were not crowded and you could get some spurts of speed. You adapt pretty quickly to maneuvering. |

| My husband is 64 and I'm closing 50; while everyone else was probably younger than 40, we still had a BLAST. If you can stand up for 2 hours, you can take this tour. The tour guides / instructors were friendly and very helpful. They gave a lot of history details also. The Segway is incredibly fun to ride and was really quick to learn! It gives you a feel for what you want to go back and see on the inside as this tour does not enter any of the buildings. |

| The tour is of the correct length and hits the best of the Mall (except for the Jefferson and Lincoln monuments - boo hiss to the Natl Park Service rules). After two hours of expert guidance by a tour leader, we were not too tired to go to dinner. It was hot for a summer day and we would not have enjoyed the long walk.
I recommended the tour to visitors last Christmas and they said that the tour's two hours was as much as they wanted or needed in the cold. Our Segway joke is to say: first prize will be a two-hour Segway tour, 2nd prize is a four-hour Segway tour.

| I really had the time of my life, touring on the Segway. It was fun to ride around at a little faster pace, and with a method much easier, than walking, We saw a lot more without tiring. For the first time in my life I didn't mind being stared at, as passersby watched, smiled, asked questions of us, and generally showed great interest in how much fun we were having. I thought that alone was great advertisement for the Segway tours.
My only complaint came when I accidentally fell off my Segway. I was still new to the machine, and accidentally bumped into another machine which knocked me back and off. I was very lucky not to have broken any bones. I bruised my elbow pretty royally, and cut it, too. When my friend and I asked if the guides had any kind of first-aid kit with them--or at least a bandaid or two, we were told that it was "accidentally left with the boss's Segway", which was back at the office. I know that each customer signs a waiver of liability against any injury, but to have a first-aid kit with each of the guides should be considered standard policy because accidents will and do happen. It is a common courtesy to their customers. That, or ask customers to bring their own which, to me, would deter some people from booking with them to have to do that on top of the rental fee.
I blame myself and inexperience for the accident, but that first-aid kit sure would have made the rest of the experience a little less messy and a lot more comfortable. |

| Our family of four (mom, dad, a 20 yr old son, 17 yr old daughter) had a great time. It's seldom that we can find something that we ALL want to do. This was it! It took us about 2 minutes to get comfortable with the segways and then we were off! Our tour guide, Lenore, was great. It was fun stopping at different sites and having her share information about monuments, historical buildings, etc. We are from Ohio and were staying with family. As a host gift, we purchased a gift certificate for them to take this tour. Although from the area, they had never done this before - they were thrilled! Next time we're in town, we may just take this tour again! Thanks for a great time! |
