| I had a great time! The Segway was easy to manuever, and the guide was knowledgeable, considerate and informative. I have been to D.C. many times, but still saw parts and views of the city that I had not seen before. This would be most ideal for a first-time visitor because one could see quite a bit of what the city has to offer: Without the amount of physical exertion that would be required to see that much, while still enjoying the outdoors! |

| A friend was visiting from Puerto Rico and indicated a number of sights they'd like to take in during their trip to DC. Unfortunately because of me and my husbands work schedule, time drew short and there was a very real possibility of our friend returning to PR without seeing DC. The Segway Tour allowed us to take in all the sights of DC that were requested - and left time for a nice dinner! We would never had the time to visit as many sights as the Segway Tour made possible - plus we had the added experience of learning how to manuever the Segway!
Thanks! |

| Loved the machines - they are truly revolutionary - think and you move. First 30 seconds were a bit skechy but within 4-5 minutes - the segways became an extention of our bodies. Covered a lot of ground and the guide was superb although I have to admit riding the segways was a much higher priority than learning about the sites - but we live around here so that's to be expected. Recommend highly as a way of getting a feel for the city. |

| Wonderful! Lots of fun, and I was surprised how easy it was to get used to the Segway - 5 minutes max, and I felt like it was a part of me. The tour guide was great, and we had a wonderful time. I have already recommended a Capital Segway tour to anyone who visits D.C. (or anywhere else that has such tours). I have recommended it in word, as well as on my online blog! Thanks again for a great experience. |

| This tour was the best I've taken. We began with a short video showing us how the segway is operated on different turf and the hazards of using it in an unacceptable way. Then we were give helmets and tried out the Segway in the training office. The tour covered so much ground that we couldn't have seen so much any other way without doing a ton of walking. The tour guides were excellent, pleasant and explained many of the historical buildings throughout the tour. I highly recommend this to everyone who would like to see the monuments and historical buildings around DC up close. |

| I LOVED riding the segway! I will definitely take all of my out of town guests on a tour. My one suggestion is that I think the tour could have been more informative. I am very interested in US history and felt the information the guides shared was very bare bones and could have used more interesting factoids. When you go on the tour, wear good, supportive shoes. Even though you are standing, you use the bottoms of your feet and they get sore if you don't have any arch support. |

| Not only is the Segway a wonderful ride, the guides really know their stuff. They instructed us, took us somewhere that we could practise and get comfortable and then began the tour.
Very knowledgable about the sites and had interesting stories about each of them. The tour was a bit over two hours. It's one of those things you need to do more than once because you'll see something new each time.
Highly recommended! |

| but beware of being too comfortable. Getting too close to another segway or object can result in a nasty fall. I've got a big bruise on my knee. Luckly, the helmet saved me from a head injury.

| This was an awesome experience... Staff and tour guide (Nick) was friendly and accommodating. Very interesting tour, informative and fun. This is a must do...I would like to see them offer straight rentals also, so that after the tour one could go out on their own. Their competition advertises this option, so we checked it out the next day. That staff acted like they were doing us a favor to talk to us, and we also noticed that the equipment was the older version of the Segway.. Needless to say we didnt utilize their service. Capital Segway uses the most current Segway models for their tours. I would not hesitate to return to Capital Segway on my next visit. |

| We were several days into our vacation when we scheduled our Segway tour of D.C. Zipping down the sidewalks was a lot of fun and we covered a lot of ground in 2 hours. I think seeing the sights in D.C. on a "Segway Tour of Washington D.C." would be an excellent "1st exposure" to the area. It would give one a brief look at a lot of the area's significant sights and help one choose the areas where more time should be spent.
As we continued to tour the area on foot, we both wished we still had our Segways! Regardless of when you take a Segway tour in the D.C. area, it will be one of the highlights of your vacation. "Segway Tours of Washington D.C." is a very well run company. |
