| Being a local resident I still enjoyed the tour. The Segway offers a new perspective of the city and we had a blast. This is the first time riding the newer model and I must say that they are much easier to use especially when it comes to steering. The tour is a little costly compared to other tours but it was still a fun time. |

| My friend and I had never ridden on a Segway before. As it turns out, it takes about 30 seconds to get the hang of it. The Segways were a blast to ride. Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. We saw the White House, Washington Monument, the Mall, and the Capitol. We had already seen these venues, but still had a fun time riding the Segways to the sites. I would do it again. |

| This was a great tour. It might be a good idea to rent the segway to indivuduals much like a car rental. It was dificult to have to walk around after experiencing the ease of the segway! |

| I highly recommend this segway tour if you want to have great fun -- but not if you want to learn about the nation's capital. While our guide -- a college student -- was most gracious and very accommodating, he didn't seem to have a good grasp of facts (George Washington is buried at Mount Vernon -- NOT in the Capitol building as we were told). Facts aside, it's worth every minute. |

| First time on a Segway for my wife and myself -- absolutely the most amazing experience! We both learned how to use the Segway within 2 minutes and felt comfortable within 5 minutes! By the time the tour actually left the store we were zipping and zooming with incredible precision, guiding the Segway between security posts in front of the White House with only inches to spare on either side.
Our kids (8-year-old twins) loved riding together in the "Segshaw" behind the guide, handing out flyers to curious passers-by.
Our guide, Steve, was patient with all four of us, and served as a great guide to the City. Next time we're in DC (or anyplace with a Segway tour), we are definitely signing up again!
GREAT experience for the family. |

Excting, fun, and exhilirating. Within 15 minutes, you will be fully comfortable on the Segways. The staff are fun and friendly and very supportive.

| Had a blast riding the Segway scooters. They're very easy to learn to ride and a blast once you get the hang of it (takes about 5 minutes). Although the tour guide was friendly and informative, we frankly didn't pay much attention to him--we were having too much fun riding around! Highly recommend it as a unique and fun activity. |

| At first our group was a little nervous that it wasn't going to be as much fun as we hoped due to the unenthusiastic greeting we received. We certainly do not think that you should do a cheer when we arrive, however, a "Hello!" Thanks for coming to Capital Segway!" then briefly tell us what is going to happen next, is very helpful. First impressions are everything, especially when running a business. The way the employees look, dress, and act and how the store presents itself are crucially important to a tourist driven activity. The Segway ride itself was fantastic! Will was our tour guide and did a great job of telling us some fun facts along the way without being too overwhelmingly "tour-guide-ish.” This is a great way to see a lot of sites in a short amount of time while riding an extremely fun machine! I will definitely do Segway tours in other cities! |
