| My 19 year-old son and I had a fantastic time learning to ride a Segway and sight-seeing in Washington DC at the same time. Our tour guide was wonderful and knew lots of interesting facts about DC. There were three other people in the tour group. We rode on sidewalks and pathways. We paid $65 for a tour that lasted 90 min instead of the two hours that were advertised. Perhaps since we had a small group we covered the same tour in less time than a large group. Everyone was fun and friendly. We will look for Segway tours in other cities. |

| I grew up 15 minutes outside the city and went on the tour with a friend who had never been to DC before, and both of us had a blast! The segways are so much fun and really do provide a unique way to see the city. It isn't the most informative tour of the city though because there aren't many points at which the tour guide stops to talk, but they do point out most of the major buildings, even if they don't get an explanation. The tour is definitely worth the time and money. |

| Not only was it a blast experiencing a segway, it was a fantastic way to see DC!
You get to cover a lot of ground, seeing most of the major sights.
The guide was excellent, the people setting you up with your segway and safety equipment back at the shop are friendly, helpful, and professional.
The tour was informative.
I had been worried that it would be a bit of a lazy way to see the city, but it is more efficient. Since you are standing on your feet and operating the equipment the entire tour, you don't feel like you've been sitting around.
Every 10 feet someone gawks and yells out "cool!" |

| I recommend this to anyone. A great way to see several sites in a short time, without getting tired. You can hear from those walking saying "Now that's what we need". |

| We did the Capital Segway tour in D.C. It was great... incredible would define it better. Everything was great from buying the service through Zerve to the actual Segway experience.
Hope this helps.

| My wife, adult son and I took a 2-hour tour of Washington, DC on the Segway. We had a great time and had virtually no trouble learning to handle the Segway. The tour route was well designed to avoid curbs, bumps and steep inclines, because the device doesn't handle them well. The guide was helpful and very patient. Although it is billed as a tour, the Segway ride is really the thing, with a few interesting facts of the city thrown in. One member of our group did have some difficulty with "trusting" the self-balancing features of the Segway and fell off a few times, with some scrapes and bruises. Also, navigating through heavy sidewalk foot traffic is a bit unnerving. One more caveat--some motorists seemed to treat the Segway riders with less respect than pedestrians. We had a few close calls in the crosswalks when we clearly had the right of way. Would I do it again? Absolutely! |

| Young or old, local or visiting, this is something worth trying! The tour was good but it was riding the Segways that was really the most fun!
