| My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the tour. Most of the afternoon was spent getting used to the segway and not really paying attention to the monuments or the buildings, but that's okay because we are local and have seen it all before. If you really want to learn a detailed history of the buildings in D.C. I wouldn't recommend this type of tour, but if you want to just zip around the city in a new fun way this is the tour for you. |

| We tried to get reservations during the summer. Try to have more opportunities to get people into your tours and you'll sell more Segways. Our hosts are asking about perks for locals who don't want to buy now but enjoy the the thrills and novelties |

| Too much fun, I loved it!! It got really chilly so recommend dressing warmly in the winter. But my fun turned not so fun....the Segway lost it's battery so the tour guide left me at the Capital and said he would bring me another machine. This was 4:55pm, so I stood freezing by myself as it was getting later and later. At 5:20pm, nearly dark I called information for their number, thank goodness I had my cell phone. Some of the group members left their bags and purses in the office. Again, thank goodness I didn't and had my belongings with me. So no answer at the office, I left a message in hopes that they would call me back, no luck. So it is now 5:35pm, dark, and very cold. I begin walking trying to hail a cab, no luck. I finally see the Hilton and whatever hotel and have them hail me a cab. I could have taken the metro but I needed to be back at my hotel by 6pm for the evening event at the Crystal City Marriot a $15. cab ride. Although my day ended badly, I hope they will get this info and plan better for this type of situation. I wish they would have returned my call. I left the bike helmet at the hotel if they would like to retrive it. I would be happy to mail them the claim check. Again I loved and can't stop sharing my experience "the good part"! Have a great day. |

| I purchased my tickets online several days in advance. I reserved one Segway and the "Segshaw" for my 12 year old son to ride in. The day before the tour, I received a telephone call from Rhet asking if I would move my 12:30 p.m. tour to 3:30 p.m. I reluctantly agreed even though it threw off our schedule. Then, the day of the tour, I received another call indicating that the "Segshaw" was broken beyond repair and could not be used. My tour had to be cancelled. Our plans for November 10th were completely destroyed without, it seemed, much remorse on the part of the employees. I know things happen unexpectantly, but I received two different stories from two different employees as to why I was asked to reschedule in the first place. I'm not sure yet if my credit card has been credited for the tickets I purchased, although they tell me it has been. |

| The Segway is unlike any other motorized vehicle... easy to learn and equally difficult to fall over. |

| My parents recently came to DC for a visit. I was at a loss, with regard to what to do. I thought a Segway tour would enable them to easily tour the city, see the sights and not have to do too much walking.
The tour was fantastic! They said it was the highlight of the trip and they have been talking non-stop about it to their friends.
DC is a great tourist city with so much to see... but seeing it on a Segway is a completely new and exciting experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone!
Enjoy! |

| I had already seen the DC sights and was not really looking forward to walking around and seeing them again. Being on the Segway made it a completely different experience! It was so much fun puttering around on it that it didn't matter that I had done it all before. However, for anyone doing the sightseeing for the first time, it is a great overview and the guides have interesting trivia about the sights. If you want to actually go into the places, you need to go back again on foot or with a different tour group. |

| AFTER PRACTICING, WE WERE ALL EXPERTS BY THE TIME WE CAME BACK TO THE STORE. NOT ALOT OF "TOURIST" INFORMATION, BUT A VERY ENJOYABLE TIME BEING OUT AND ABOUT IN DC AND LEARNING HOW TO RIDE THE SEGWAYS. WOULD LOVE TO DO ANOTHER TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! |

| My niece was visiting from Iowa. She had seen DC a number of years ago, but I decided to try this tour. We saw some of the sites in DC as well as some of the architecture. One of the memorials we visited was the Navy memorial. This was especially meaningful as my Dad, her grandfather, served in the Navy in WWII.
Riding the segways was the highlight of her visit! Everyone she told about the trip was introduced to the Segway experience. It was great. Good experience for us both. |
