| Signed up the night before for a tour. The next day got a call apologizing that they had no guide avaliable. After hearing that this was my only free night in DC. The owner said I could have the segway at the same time and just go on my own and that he would come back to the store and check me back in after my ride. That was awesome service. I had already seen the some of the sights..really just wanted to try out a segway so it worked out perfect for me. |

| We did the Segway tour as a family outing. We weren't really interested in the tour, as we are local, but did it more for the Segway experience. My 17 and 20 year old thought it was one of the greatest things they had ever done on a "vacation." They now want to do a Segway tour in every city we visit. If there had been a Segway "untour" as mentioned on the website, we would have chosen that option. We liked riding around and seeing the monuments and did learn some fun facts- but I can't really comment on this as a real tour since we didn't really experience it as such. But Capital Segway was a great way to go and we would definitely do it again! |

| We had a great time on our tour! To be honest, we didn't take it for historical reasons but merely for the segways so we were pretty easy to please. We had a great tour guide (Noah) who was very friendly and accomodating.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone in DC. |

Wish I had the segway for my whole trip

| We were in DC for 4 days. We did the Segway tour on the first day just to get acquainted with the city. I wish I had it for the other 3 days. There is a LOT of walking in DC. The Segway was a blast. A lot more of a workout than you might think. BRING WATER WITH YOU!!! Once you learn to trust the machine, it is a piece of cake. I'll probably consider renting one for a day or two next time I go back. |

| We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have some serious fun while seeing the major sites of Washington, DC. Kyle, our tour guide, was super. The segways are just amazing machines. I expected to have a great time on this tour and enjoyed myself even more than I had thought I would. |

| Even having toured the mall and monuments many a time, this was a great way to re-see them. My husband had read about the segway for years, and always wanted to try one. It was very easy and a lot of fun! We did witness a couple of spills in our group, but did not have a problem ourselves. It only requries a little awareness of your surroundings. Enjoy! |

| I was already very familiar with the monuments and public buildings we saw on our Segway tour, but it was great fun to learn to ride (drive?) a Segway -- which is an amazing vehicle -- and to zip along the sidewalks providing entertainment to locals and tourists alike. Our leader was both a good Segway instructor and a good tourguide. The next time we have out-of-town guests we'll offer them a Segway tour; it may be the highlight of their visit! |

| My husband and I and our daughter went on the tour on 8/10/2006. My daughter is 12 so she rode in the ShegShaw and although she would have liked to ride a Segway, she did enjoy the attention she got on the ShegShaw and she loved handing out brochures.
Our guide (I can't remember his name) was great -- he took photos of us and was a very nice young man.
We enjoyed the tour and will definately look for them as we travel to other destinations and we will whole heartedly recommend your company for our friends and family traveling to Washington DC.

| We had David, from Brown University, as our guide. He was excellent. He gave just enough instruction, just enough information about the sights, but moreover, he made it OUR TOUR, instead of his. We liked the way he easily shifted gears to accomodate all of the different needs of our group.
David was a mature and professional young man. The company is lucky to have him.

| Our tour guide, Dave, did a great job. We had already seen some tourist spots, so he took us on an alternate route and we rode all over the city. He was very knowledgeable of the behind the scenes details of the sites visited. Both he and the manager, Drew, were personable and professional. We had a great time and if we ever go back or have an opportunity to recommend a segway company to use, Capital is the one! Thanks for the highlight of our trip! |
