We felt very much at ease with our orientation and the guidance "on the road". Staff were well informed, courteous, had a sense of humor. Equipment worked very well and we were amazed at the comfort and ease of use. suggestions: Have people bring a bottle of water Cover more of DC Offer standard and extended tours Reservations were easy to make. Thanks for a great experience.

Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and a great sense of humor as well. We're very patient with the needs of all everyone in the group. I would recommend this tour to every age group....one of the highlights of our vacation.

Good fun and very worth while doing. We got to see lots of the sights, and with a humorous commentary from our 2 guides. We were surprised at how easy the Segway was to use, and by the end of the tour we were experts !! okay, maybe not experts but we sure did enjoy the experience. This something everyone should do at least once, don't be shy! Next time I visit Washington DC, I'll be sure to do it again. Mark - from the original Washington ENGLAND

My husband and I did this segway tour. We were less interested in the sights and more interested in just riding those segways! They are a blast. Our original 9 am tour was cancelled for an unknown reason. We received a voicemail asking us if we could come at 2 pm instead. We called and left a message that 2 pm was fine. When we arrived, there was no 2 pm tour and could we please come back at 4. Sort of screwed up our day, a discount should probably have been offered in our opinion.

My husband, adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide (Will) was informative and knew some interesting and unusual details about the different sites. He majored in history and his knowledge was evident in the delivery of the information. The Segways are easy to manuever and tremendous fun. Be cautious though, one gal flipped off rounding a corner to quickly.

My 17-year-old nephew and sister raved about how much fun they had on the tour. A colleague of mine asked my nephew what was the highlight of the week and he responded without hesitation "the segway tour." We visited many of the museums but segway was the most exhilarating experience. I highly recommend it.

Easy to learn, easy to ride, and incredibly fun. Views of buildings you can't get from a tour bus and great tour leaders.

A Segway is a perfect way to get around DC. I was a little worried that I might be running over pedestrians and crashing into things, but it is nothing like that. After a very short period using it, it becomes as intuitive as walking. The folks at Capital Segway were pleasant to work with and made sure we were all completely comfortable using them before we started out. The machines are a blast and any age person can adapt to them easily. The tour itself was informative and fun, and gave a nice overview of some of the major sites of the city. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful, even giving good suggestions of places to have lunch afterwards. Was one of the highlights of our trip.
