I have now done this in the day and at night. I think you should give return customers a break. I recommend this to everyone and do it with my guest when they are in town.

Wow- the Segway tour was soooo great!!!!!! I was a little nervous at first but as soon as I got on it I was a natural. Our guide, Mario was so much fun and very informative. It was great being able to ride in the bike lanes right in the middle of Pennsylvania Ave. This was better than any tour bus or any bike tour, I recommend the Segway tour to anyone and everyone!!! I'm looking forward to doing this again in another city. It was worth every penny!

Slow it down just a notch

It would be nice if you just slowed down a little. Adjusting to the Segue and trying to listen and take in all the different buildings and scenery was a bit over whelming. I know you try to get the tour over with in 2 hours but, just a little slower and it would be a optimal experience. I enthusiastically recommend it, never the less:)

Fun trip with a good group and guide

My husband and I went for my birthday present, and we did an evening tour on one of the last warm nights of the fall. It was just us, another couple (from Canada, touring the area), and our guide, a recent grad of a local university. The tour was very relaxed and fun because our group and guide were happy to talk together when we stopped at various points on the tour. The tour guide was friendly and interactive but not at all obnoxious or tour-guidy. I loved seeing the mall at night and flying a round it on a Segway. They're so fun! And this was a great, relaxed company to do it with.

Friends recommended this tour but we were a bit skeptical. Would it be fun, dorky, informative, dangerous?... After 5 minutes, we were very comfortable riding and off we went. Karen was an outstanding tour guide and the information she provided over the earphones was wonderful. We had lived in D.C. previously, but there were things she told us that we had never learned before. I don't think you can cover this many sights in 2 hours in a bus, private vehicle or on foot. It was well worth the money - our whole group loved it!
