The Segway offers the ease of individual transportation and a really exciting way to get around. It provided a quick opportunity to see our nation's capitol. We are enthusiastic skiers ad found the mechanics of the device to be surprisingly familiar.

This tour was a hoot. It was a great way to quickly get around the mall and see the big things. Riding the segue made it easy to see a lot of stuff in just a few hours. Don't expect to spend much time on the memorial monuments (Lincoln, Roosevelt, Jefferson, Vietnam, Korea, etc). The tour focuses more on locations of buildings (white house, capital, etc). The tour guide offered cute antecdotes and stories about the locations we visited. I'd highly recommend this tour!

This was absolutely the best way to begin our family vacation in DC. My husband, my son, and I had a blast on the segway! It was cold, so in the colder months dress warmly, but it was worth every minute of it. We talked about it throughout the trip and wished we could have had our own segways to manuver around town even days later. It is excellent for all ages and athletic abilities. Dont miss out on this adventurous opportunity to have a few good laughs and enjoy a fun trip around the town.

We highly recommend Capital Segway's Washington tour. Karen, our guide, was terrific, and well-informed, and offered great information about the city. And riding the Segway is easy, and TREMENDOUS fun!!! There isn't a better way to glide around the city and see everything. We had a mix of locals and international visitors, and everyone loved the entire tour. Ours was in November, and the weather was chilly -- so if you go during the cold weather, dress warmly -- but even in the cold, we all had a total blast!! Some of us have done the tour in warmer weather, and that's a delight as well. It's worth every penny and then some!!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I had a great time. Segways were interesting and saved my legs. Snow/cold weather hampered things a bit.

The Segways are a fun way to see the city quickly. In two hours you can't stop and see many sights, so if you want to walk in and around each memorial you should consider the Tourmobile. However, if you only have two hours and want to see the major sites, this is the way to go. Don't worry if you have never ridden a Segway. My wife and I had no experience and in a few minutes we were riding without an issue.

We had a blast! That was the most fun we have ever had on any tour. The Segways are easy to use, staff were funny and informative, and time flew by. The only disappointment (other than the tour ending) was we did not go to the Lincoln Memorial.

If you are wanting to see all of the best sites around Washington D.C. , this is the best way to get it all in a short amount of time. Not to mention the segway's are so fun to get around on. Do it, you will love it!!!

Myself (mid-twenties) and my grandparents went to DC, and heard about this from a friend. Lots of fun, I and my Grandmother loved it, and my Grandfather at least liked it. Highly recommended
