This is a great way to see the major sites along the National Mall. I would not hesitate to book with this company again.

First time in Washington DC, and first time on a segway - and it was awesome! It was a really unique way for sightseeing. First I was afraid of how to controll the segway, but it is really easy to learn. The tour guy was also great, I have heard many interesting information about the city and its sights. It was a great time - too bad it lasted only for 2 hours. At the end of the tour it was a bit strange to get back on the ground again. And after that the first though I had was 'I wanna have one of these!'. It was a great tour, with great staff, and I hope I will have the opportunity to take such a tour again some time, in another city too. Thanks again!

We had our family (ages 18 to my Mom aged 60+) in our group. They taught us well and made sure we were comfortable before we headed down the sidewalk. It was a lot of fun. We could hear the tour guide very well with the headphones so we could learn about the sights and have fun riding the segway. The only downfall is that the Game and Parks won't allow any segways on their ground, so we couldn't do the monument tour of D.C. It was definitely a highlight of the vacation. I would recommend doing this on the first few days of your trip to find out what you would like to do in the more in depth tours.

I live near DC, and my father was visiting for the weekend. Although as a child we vacationed in DC quite a bit, touring on the Segways was definitely a lot of fun and we still learned new information. Even if you have never ridden one before, it is actually quite easy to learn. The staff is great. After being individually helped onto a Segway and allowed to ride in the show room a little bit, we went across the street to a park where we were able to ride around for five minutes or so to get the hang of it. I would definitely recommend this for anybody that wants a different way of seeing DC.

Excellent - looking forward to doing it again!

Segways are a blast. They were fairly easy to learn and fun to ride. Two hours was long enough for the first time out. My feet were a little sore so good shoes are highly recommended.

My husband and I and our two sons (ages 17 and 20) took the Segway tour in Washington DC, and it was AWESOME. It was the high-light of our trip, and any opportunity we have in the future to take a SEGWAY tour, you can bet we will take it! I am not terribly coordinated and I didn't have a lick of trouble. The instruction we received ahead of time was good and just the right amount, and the guide was knowledgable and patient!!! We had the opportunity to ride in a couple of bigger spaces so we could "zip around". I would recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. Feet and ankles were a bit sore after the two hours... but it was SO worth it!!!

Karen was a great tour guide. It's a wonderful way to make history fun....she gave my teenagers fun facts along our way that kept things interesting. My teens, as well as my husband and myself really enjoyed it. Would definitely do it again.
