Great way to experience the mall

It was a great way to see the mall. After a short training (get aquainted with the segway) we were off and about. We were very comfortable with the segway and its operation. Even though the weather turned halfway through the tour we all did fine and had fun. Regrets, not enough time to stop, get off the segway and take photos. It would also have been nice to cover Lincoln, Vietnam, Korean, WWII, Jefferson and Washington monuments. It would have been worth it to spend another hour to take these in. The Segway tour of D.C. was SO much fun. Both of our guides were very good but I loved Noah. He really was good at helping everyone - even when he wasn't close! It's a great way to see a lot of sights quickly and without walking. I would highly recommend it.

I admit I have always been suspicious that such a trip could be worth it, but I would be more than happy to sign up just to ride the segway again.

We were teachers from Ohio in DC with our school group. Some of us had never been to DC but I had been there many times. All but one of us caught on very quickly. We had a fabulous time and I learned some facts about DC that I didn't know before! The guides were informed, entertaining, and polite. The tour didn't quite last 2 hours but they let us go to the park and ride around for the remaining time which was very fun! Our one person that had trouble had psyched herself out before it started. They did give her a gift certificate for another ride since she didn't make the trip but since we are from out-of-town... I would highly recommend the tour from CapSegway!

I'm a local and would recommend this tour. Though you only pass by many of the museums, monuments, and the memorial its a great way to get a survey of what you want to see. I've been on many tours in many cities where the tour guides make up facts and stories (I'm also a historian), but our guide was accurate and stayed away for folklore and rumors.

My husband and I enjoyed all the aspects of this experience. The training provided was quick, but, I always felt if I had not been comfortable more time would have been taken with me. I found It really simple to use the Segway and we had a good training ground in the park across from the office. We visited the office to be sure of the tour location, and I must recommend that step to other strangers to the area. Josh was very knowledgeable and entertaining about the buildings and monuments, he and Adam were good at taking photos at various places and the whole experience was one I will be pleased to repeat. I now wish we had also done the night tour. Personnally I would like to rent segways and Josh to be our all day-guide to really wander all over the city. What about it?? Any longer tours possible in the future??
