See The City Tour - A Segway Tour of Washington DC

I would highly recommend this Segway Tour! We had so much fun on those Segways. It was easy to learn...a bit intimidating at first...but once you got the hang of it - it was easy. The tour guide is fun and knowledgeable about the DC area. Come prepared just in case it rains...buy a rain poncho because the tour goes on rain or shine. We had a bit of rain - but thankfully it was sunny the rest of the time. There is a spot for you to put your purse and camera on the Segway. Take this tour!!! It will be the highlight of your trip!

I'm an 'old' broad with arthritic knees & a bad back.........imagine my thrill at flying thru DC on the segway w/ my 2 teenagers...slaloming between the sights!!! Though it was a fairly cold night, our tour guide, Aaron (who is charming & knowledgable beyond belief), kept us moving and laughing & told us more interesting side facts than we got during our more formal tour of the memorials & museums. Honestly, I cannot say enough about the experience. I hated for it to end. In fact, I am lobbying my husband to get us both Segways for our anniversary. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you again. Did I mention that we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

My husand (75 years old) and I (62) had so much fun on this trip that we almost booked it again the same day! It was really easy to operate the Segway. We have been recommending this trip to everyone we talk to: other tourists, people we talked to on our way home, family and friends.

I took this segway tour during the Cherry Blossom Festival and even though there were record number of people who participated in the festivities, I had a wonderful time on this tour. I know my family and I enjoyed every single minute of the tour. The tour guides were able to provide historic and interesting knowledge on the monuments. I loved this tour and would recommend that one should take this tour. I know I would gladly take this tour again!

It was great.Loved it. The only thing that could make it better is if you could rent them and be able to go where ever you wanted. Would love to have one for the day. Knowing that you can't do that, I would still do it again when I get to DC.

Lived in the city for 2 years and watched these go by everyday from my office. Decided to take the family on them for kicks and it was the highlight of their trip. Definitely up there in my top 20 favorite moments in DC so far!

Fantastic yet again, this is the 3rd time I have used this company. Excellent safety standards and tuition. Informative but yet fun guides. What better way to see so much in 2 hours. Can't wait to do it again.

This tour is wonderful. The equipment is not difficult to master and the tour guides were very helpful. Their commentaries were very informative and entertaining. We toured a huge amount of downtown DC. I recommend this tour for all ages!

Our guide, Will, was fantastic! He was kind, helpful, informative and loads of fun. Segways are THE BEST way to see the sites. It is easy to take pictures and Will was so nice to offer to take pictures of the couples and families on our tour. We plan on doing Segway tours on future trips where they are provided. i have balance issues and had no problem whatsoever in getting acclimated to the Segway. The video they showed us before leaving plus the personal demonstration by Will were both extremely helpful. The price was a great bargain and the tour included sites such as the White House, the Capitol, the Washington Monument, Museums, and cherry blossoms. Go to DC Segway and request Will and you won't be disappointed. This was on April 2, 2009 and my 40th birthday and one i will never forget! Thanks Will and DC Segway for a great birthday! Adele
