Segway was fun, tour was boring

I don't recommend the tour. However, I do recommend the segway. For all you skiers, surfers, skateboarders, and other X sports...this is some pretty cool stuff. My girlfriend thought it was dorky and a little strange at first, but then she got used to it and was all laughs and smiles. If you get there earlier, you can ride the newer models (first dibs)....but there really isn't that much of a difference.

Fun way to ride around the city

See the sites without breaking sweat. The segway tour is a great way to see lots, and fun to ride. You do get some funny looks, but well worth it. If it's cold it can be harsh, as you're outside for over 2 hrs, but the sites are great and some interesting comments from the guide

My boyfriend, his parents and I all went for the afternoon. We all had a great time and got the hang of the segways in about 5 minutes! I would highly recommend this company because their segways go at the top speed allowed. Other companies put a cap on the speed and it takes a lot longer to get around the city and isn't as fun.

I really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city. We packed in so many sites. It is almost hard to believe that we saw all the things that we did in only two and a half hours.

Great Fun and a Great Way to See the Mall

I highly recommend this tour and tour company, as we had a great time being lead by a very attentive and very knowledgable guide. If you can, the night tour is the way to do it, as there are fewer people on the streets and the mall. It makes riding the segways that much more enjoyable. We plan on doing this whenever we visit the city or when people come to visit us - it is that much fun. Thanks Noah - we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our Washington DC tour on the segways. The segway operating directions were very clear and the tour guide (Noah) was very patient. We found it to be very affordable as we could tour much of the city, while having fun, in just two hours. It was a great experience!!

The guides were very relaxed... verging on disinterested in the subject. It really felt like they'd said it all a million times and were a bit bored... but humorous about it.

Looking cool and having fun on a segway in DC

If you're a history buff, this is NOT the tour for you. But if you've seen segways on the street and wondered how they worked, this is a practical and fun way to tool around Washington DC and see the major sites on the National Mall. The guide was knowledgable and stopped for the best photo ops.

This was an awesome time for my 16 year-old son and I. Having never been to DC, we got a good overview of where the city's highlights are, so we have some bearings when we go back to do a more in-depth visit of the city. Our tour guide, Mary Ann, was enthusiastic and very informed about the local history. The segways were in great shape and easy to operate. We highly recommend this adventure for anyone!!
