A most rewarding experience

I recently visited Washington, DC with my mother. I am 34 and she is 62. I had seen a Segway on TV but not in person before. We were both curious and decided to take a Segway tour of DC. It took me about 3 minutes to become comfortable with the ride. It took my mother about 20 minutes to become comfortable. The guide was very patient and helpful in our learning experience. Eventually we both felt comfortable and off we went thru the streets of DC. This was the most amazing experience for the both of us. The Segway is such a unique experience. We were both all smiles for 2 hours non-stop. This tour was the highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone of any age who is considering this tour!

My wife and I heard that the Cap Segway tour was great, and we came to the same conclusion. A friend told me about it at work in Arizona, so I decided to give it a try.

This was my first time on a Segway, didn't expect that I can handle it comfortable in 5 minutes. Touring DC on Segway was an amazing experience. The Segway Guide did a great job in coaching, guiding us along the way and gave us good briefing about the scenic spots we travelled through. I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends.

This is the best way to see Washington D. C. You get to go right to the gates of the White House and see things you can not see from a bus. My wife and I had a Great Time. We will do this in other towns.

Fabulous Afternoon of Fun

We had a great time touring the sites of Washington, DC. We saw more places than we would have ever seen if we had been walking, and we were able to see the various sites up close -- all the benefits of both walking and riding on a bus, with none of the disadvantages. Plus, we rode on the segue and had a very fun time as well! The guides provides great training on how to operate the segues safely, so we were out and on our way in a short time. I have already recommended this activity and this provider to more than a dozen people, who are excited to sign up themselves. Thanks!

Great time

We had a great time taking this tour. The guides were good and the Segways were super fun. My wife has already said she wants to go again. Our group consisted of Mom, Dad, 2 college aged kids and a high school senior. Our tour was during the first week of September, so the tourist crowds were not an issue and the weather was great.

It was easy to do and lots of fun. Tourists we passed along the way took pictures of us, along with the monuments. It's going to be a must do whenever we have friends visit us in DC.

My son and I had an absolutely fabulous experience. The tour guide was extremely knowledgable and professional. Having been the first time on a Segway was scary at first, but his training and demeanor made all the difference. We both felt very comfortable and safe. I'd highly recommend this tour, in fact can't wait to try it again next time in DC.

This tour was great! We had so much fun! The Segways were really easy to learn to ride and definitely the best way I have EVER toured DC. The guide was a blast and was very knowledgeable. I have to admit that we did it because we were Segway-curious...but the tour part was great too.
