We had a great time. Our guides were wonderful fonts of knowledge of DC and it's history. I highly recommend this for your first day in DC. It's a great place to start. The machines are FUN and easy to use.

Whenever we get together with our adult children, we try to plan some kind of adventure. This Segway tour was one of the most fun things I've ever done. The machines were so easy to manuver; the tour guides were excellent; and on the Segways we were able to get so close to the White House, Capital, and monuments. I have already told numerous people about it and encouraged them to do it when they are in the D.C. area or make a special trip there to do it. Thank you for giving our whole family such a neat experience and for doing your jobs so professionally.

When I first suggested a Segway tour, several of my friends and family laughed at me and said how dorky I would look out there in DC, riding a Segway with a helmet on...the helmet seemed to be a big part of the dorkiness. :) But four of us were able to arrange a date and donned the helmets, hitting the streets of our nation's capital on the same machine George Bush fell off of several years ago. This concerned me because I know George Bush is fairly athletic and I am definitely not. Although all the instructions were daunting, once we got on the Segways, I felt more comfortable, although it definitely took me longer to build up speed on the sidewalks with the many obstacles in our path. It was the most beautiful September evening and we could not stop smiling and laughing. We cruised past the White House, Capitol, Washington Monument, various museums, and pretty soon I felt like a pro! I have already recommended this tour to practically everyone I meet, and I am looking forward to doing it again someday. It is absolutely worth the money, and the perfect way to start an evening in DC!

My family came from out of town to do some sightseeing of DC. I've dragged guest after guest through Metro and all over the Mall on foot. At the end of the day, they (and I) are exhausted and have seen only a few sites. This time, as my elderly parents were visiting along with other family members, I decided to try Segway since touring DC on foot and by Metro is too exhausting. Segway was FABULOUS! MY 70+ year old father mastered the machine in a matter of minutes and spent the entire tour racing down the sidewalks at 12 miles per hour having a great time! My family saw almost every major site in DC in just a few hours and had a great time on the machines. I was worried at first that the Segways might be too difficult for my parents to adjust to - but not to worry, the machine is intuitive and we all had a great time! When we finished the morning tour, we went for lunch and spent the afternoon in Alexandria. My parents felt refreshed after the Segway tour and were able to enjoy the afternoon as well. It may have seemed initially a little pricey, but it was worth every penny! I am sold and will book any Segway tour in any city that I visit from now on.

This was my second time to the DC area. I took my friend along this time and decided to do the tour in a segway. THIS IS THE WAY TO DO IT! No walking, and best of all, fun! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable (Willie) and highly recommended. The Segways were very very very easy to use. After a brief training, it becomes very natural, just like waking! It was the highlight of our trip! Many Thanks!!

Last year we took a Segway tour while on vacation in San Francisco, so we wanted to share the fun with our family in the DC area. The Capital Segway tour was the absolute best - our group of five all had a great time riding the new I2 Segways. Our tour guide was Will - he did a great job and we had a blast!

THE SEGWAY TOUR WAS WONDERFUL! WE TOURED WASHINGTON DC WHICH HAS MILES OF WALKING TO SEE THE SITES. THIS TOUR BROUGHT US UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL TO A FEW WE HAD MISSED ALONG THE WAY. THE TOUR GUIDE WAS WONDERFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THIS TOUR WAS THE HIGHLITE OF OUR FOUR DAYS IN DC. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

The Segway was a great way to see the highlights of Washington D.C. It was easy to learn to ride and control the Segway. It would be nice if you offered 2 different types of tours. One that is for folks wanting to ride the segway and also listen to the tour guide tell interesting facts and history. The other tour would be for folks only interested in riding and hotdoging on the segway. Unfortunately, our tour group had several people only interested in hotdoging on the segway. They were very impolite to the tour guide and people on tour that wanted to hear and enjoy the facts about monuments and Whitehouse.
