| My husband and I took the DC tour on July 4th. The intro to using the segways was thourough and informative. We found the machines to be really easy to navigate and a blast to ride on.
I must admit we were disappointed that we didn't get to see a number of the itinerary sites (including Washington Monument, Smithsonian Castle, Botanic Gardens) but given the crowds in town on the 4th, and the parade closing certain streets the guides told us they weren't able to cover as much ground as they normally do. They didn't seem to have a planned route due to the parade, which I thought should have been well known and accounted for.
None the less, the guides were friendly, informative and we wouldn't hesitate to tell our friends to take the tour (just not on a holiday) |

| We had an amazing time -the Segways are really easy to master and so much fun to ride. On perhaps the busiest tourist day of the year (July 4) the Capital Segway guides navigated us around crowded DC without fuss. If you think that a 12.5 mph ride couldn't possibly be fun, you've never ridden on a Segway. A truly great way to see the city and a bargain at twice the price. |

| I highly recommend this activity. We were on a 2 hour tour and got to see the white house, capitol building, and multiple other government offices. The tour guides were super nice and very helpful. They stopped at every major landmark and gave a brief history of it. They also let you just let you have fun riding the segways! |

| I went on the tour on the 4th of July and had a great time. Since I am from the area, I was not really interested in the tour, but rather enjoyed riding the segways and seeing the buildings up close. The staff was very friendly, and it was neat getting the crowd's attention as we zoomed by. |

| What great fun! We arrived at the location, viewed a video, and then had training within the facility. Then we ventured out to a park across the street to get the true feel of riding the Segway. Then off we went with the guides to see the city. They were excellent in their training, leadership and knowledge of the local sites. We will do this again! |

| the tour was ok...the segway's were fun- but you couldn't really look up to see what was going on around you. tour guides did not wait until everyone was there before they started talking- so I often missed the first part of what was being said. our female tour guide was great- the guy didn't seem too excited about things- and may have already done too many tours that day... |

| This tour was the best tour I have been on! I got to see a lot of Washington DC and learned about the local points of interest while having fun on the segway. It was interactive and educational. I would definately do it again and recommend it to anyone has has never done a Segway tour. The only complaint I have is some of the tour guides are more "in to it" than others which can make a difference in your experience. If one is upbeat and excited about the tour it gets you excited. If the other is monotone and appears to be bored than you too pick up on that vibe. |
