See The City Tour - A Segway Tour of Washington DC

this really was a great way to have fun and see the sights at the same time. The Segway was easy to use - I would recommend this tour and when I am next in DC, I am going to take another ride.

I grew up 15 minutes outside the city and went on the tour with a friend who had never been to DC before, and both of us had a blast! The segways are so much fun and really do provide a unique way to see the city. It isn't the most informative tour of the city though because there aren't many points at which the tour guide stops to talk, but they do point out most of the major buildings, even if they don't get an explanation. The tour is definitely worth the time and money.

As I mentioned to a friend, this was the most fun standing for two hours that I have ever had!

It was definitely not my idea to take a Segway tour of DC, but I went along with it anyway. I didn't want to spend the money, and I was nervous about learning how to ride a new machine since I tend to be clumsy. It turned out to be a FANTASTIC experience! Riding a Segway was easy and fun! The tour guides were very knowledgeable and gave bits of information at each of the stops and offered to take pictures for us. We saw everything in 2 hours, which meant we could spend the rest of our time at the other places we wanted to see. I would highly recommend it, and I would go on another Segway tour if I had the opportunity! :) It is well worth your time and money!

The guides were very good at teaching how to use a Segway and the importance of safety issues. They were knowledgeable about the area we toured, and seemed to enjoy the ride as much as the customers. I'd like to do more extensive touring on a Segway.

It was definitely enjoyable cruising around DC, drawing stares and relishing the blessing of not needing to walk the tour. Our guide admitted herself that she was new to the city and even though her cache of capital trivia was far from off-putting, I really only recommend the tour to try out the ridiculously easy and fun to use segway. It was easy to grow comfortable using them, given the instructor's patient and experienced guidance. I think my only suggestion is to wear a supportive shoe when you're using segways--I have collapsed arches and painful bunions, so while the segways were a joy to use, standing for two hours became considerably uncomfortable for me.

A lot of fun. Able to view a lot of the area in a small amount of time.

This was a very enjoyable activity. The tour was well done and entertaining and the addition of the novelty and downright fun of riding the Segway(s) made it one of the highlights of the trip.

Myself (mid-twenties) and my grandparents went to DC, and heard about this from a friend. Lots of fun, I and my Grandmother loved it, and my Grandfather at least liked it. Highly recommended

Really fun to do, easy to learn too. Gave us a great tour of the city, saw points of interest that we had not seen before. The tour guide was great! Highly reccommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
